Still not received my order to improve use any other delivery service

Excellent scooter. Lightweight. Perfect for the wife to use. Great service. It arrived by courier the next day. Extremely well packaged. Great scooter.

From ordering to receiving, the process was fantastic. The scooter is amazing, just what I needed, after dealing with a very problematic one with a remote control. Easy to use and lightweight enough to put into my car. Highly recommended, both the company and the scooter.

Avoid this company received item damaged it can happen made them aware immediately the hassle it has cost me no phone number as im sure they would be to many calls its been weeks still no resolve i mean didn't even make it out the box so in 30 days but nothing reply with excuses not sure lot of action or willing to resolve a simple problem of replacement.

also just as a reply whowever you are referring to in the below reply clearly is not me so please make sure you are correct in accusations as when trustpilot ask for prof of purchase the invoice will not say six weeks i got my refund in full from the 3rd party seller site with proof I will also summit to trustpilot the way you managed the issue was so bad the 3rd party side refunded me straight away I did not buy from you six weeks ago I brought something of you at the beginning of December...

please people see they don't even know who they are arguing and telling not to buy from then again in this review and with trustpilots trusted site when they request information I will provide this accurate information this review will be here for you to understand they are clearly arguing with anyone who brought a damaged goods from then even if not used or even made it out the box. I chose not to listen to the reviews I now here writing my own 4th time iv ever felt the need to.

Good price, quality items

Whole ordering process was very very simple and quick.

Having received mine and taken it for its first test drive I can certainly recommend this scooter. It's very solidly built and feels like it will handle multiple different types of terrain. The motors feel very powerful and coped easily with a moderate incline. The claimed top speed is 8mph, but flat out in speed 3 setting the speedometer displayed 20kph, which equates to 12.5mph. That's easily the fastest one I have seen advertised. The seat is quite comfortable and the scooter feels quite stable, despite only having one front wheel. A little extra care is obviously sensible when negotiating kerbs and adverse cambers. The folding mechanism works quite well and is operated without removing any parts.

I do have a couple of criticisms however, but not enough to put me off recommending it. It is quite heavy and being disabled I think I am going to struggle to get it into the back of my car without help. It's certainly not "lightweight", as advertised. The bag hanging from the back seat is fairly pointless, unless you are just wanting to carry a small laptop. It's certainly not big enough to carry your shopping. Maybe other bags are available, but I haven't researched that as yet. The only other criticism is delivery time, and this is in no way the fault of the supplier, but solely down to the incompetence of the courier company, FedEx in this case, who took 5 days to deliver, instead of the next day delivery that was paid for.

So overall I am very happy to recommend this scooter, particularly for its speed and range, and also its build quality.

It is amazing scooter and so easy to fold and unfold , You don't need a auto unfold with this scooter
It only weights 15kg with battery removed which is great for lifting in and out the car for my wife
Its very nippy
This scooter would not be suitable for a bigger person ,I am medium person and is just right

Delivered ontime. A great little mobility scooter.
It does hills way better than any other similar sized.
Assembly needs a little practical aptitude, to fix minor issues from the Chinese factory assemblers/packers. I enjoy making, fixing modifying stuff so I dissembled several parts. This appears to be the 2025 model, improved on the older version from another company. The seat is better but is fixed to the metal frame with wood screws into the naff plywood seat base. I replaced with roofing bolts and washers/nuts. A front wheel washer was missing and another was loose in the box. The 15Ah 48v battery supersedes the older 10Ah battery giving better range. This little scooter is a gem which I love working on and gives better power on hills than anything twice its price. You can also walk it uphills on low throttle to save your battery. 5 stars !

Delivery excellent - very fast
Assembly - mixed. Had great difficulty removing the battery because of a bolt apparently for transit.
Handbook - terrible. several important things not even mentioned. Even now I still don't know how to operate the lights. It would make a great difference if someone at T-Sport could assemble and operate this mobility scooter and then write a handbook themselves.
Performance - mostly very good - gets up hills easily. the dual electrical and mechanical braking takes some getting used to, especially the braking effect of the throttle.

This is a small family run business and they are extremely helpful, I had a problem with a mobility scooter i bought from here they sent me out a replacement box to send it back as I had already thrown the box away and organised a courier and did the stickers for me they couldn’t have been more helpful and are processing a full refund for me.
