These guys are good yet sometimes they…
These guys are good yet sometimes they miss opportunity to raise customer service level. In my recent order I misunderstood the sizing criteria when selecting components. It was obvious from my order that I wanted to join all of the components together yet I missed that the valves had spigot connections (which is unusual in other pipework standards) Therefore I wasn’t able to complete my project efficiently

Wide range of stock and very quick turnaround on our orders. Glad I found a great local supplier where we can order online and collect very quickly as everything we do seems to be last minute and T-Mex have come through for us each time

Outstanding service and I would highly recommend them.
I started using this company a few months ago after finding they stocked a Viking Johnson part I needed. I hadn’t heard of them before, but their prices were very reasonable so I gave them a try.
Since then I’ve continued buying from them and the service has been excellent. I’m not the most technically minded person, so on a few occasions I’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item. Each time they’ve taken the time to call me, ask what I’m trying to do, and help make sure I get the correct product instead.
Because of the service and support they provide, they’ve now become our main source for purchasing parts.
Outstanding service and I would highly recommend them.
