Las cinco estrellas son evidentemente por la calidad de sus cafés, fáciles de probar según los gustos de cada uno gracias a poder leer explicaciones claras sobre las características de cada café. Precios acorde a la calidad. Las estrellas son también para el servicio post venta. Valoro mucho que atiendan al ya cliente en sus posibles dudas, incluso en sus errores. Pedí un molinillo equivocado y lo resolvieron excelentemente y muy muy rápidos.

Mi experiencia en general es buena.

Pida una cafetera genial, hace muy buen café y la entrega del pedido fue muy rápida.

Entré a por un café en un Syra coffee de Barcelona por casualidad y desde ese día soy fan incondicional. Empecé también a comprar sus granos de café para hacerlo en casa y siempre llegan rapidísimo. El sabor del café en Syra es de otro planeta y los baristas son fantásticos.

The quality of the coffee good but today I renounced to my drink. The service at the bar in Donostia Calle Matia was so poor that I decided to go elsewhere I have been a regular customer since the opening and I just discovered yesterday that I could have had many discounts with the app. I then tryed to use the app for the first time this morning, may 8th around 12.30pm. I did not manage to make my order. I asked the waitress to help me, she was so rude, no helpful at all, refused to help me...I renounced. The sense of the service and the interest of the client is probably no part of her training and her mindset. This casts a shadow on your business as the service is part of the pleasure we have as customers.

El café está buenísimo, lo entregan en 24h y no cobran gastos de envío, para mi de lo mejor

I tasted Syra coffee for the first time in April when visiting Barcelona. The taste absolutely blew me away and I took a Lamari and Decaf bag back home 2 days later.
2 weeks later I ordered a box online and received fresh beans within a week. I love it. They are so easy to dial in!
Maybe about to become my favourite roaster in Europe...?

El café Palomino es el mejor que he probado hasta ahora de todos los que he comprado. El problema es doble: por un lado sólo está en web, lo que me obliga a comprarlo así, y por otro, comprar café por la web me imposibilita (no entiendo por qué) canjear puntos. Sinceramente, no veo lógico que se frene así el consumo, así que me estoy replanteando gastar mis puntos en café hecho en la tienda y comprar en otro sitio.
