The company claim to be a uk based company but my order weeks later via Yun Transport!! The trousers were no better than a cheap pair of pj’s. I’ve tried to return them but am getting no response to mr emails

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Absolutely rubbish and clearly any responses done by AI - dont go near them!

Took a very long time to arrive and when it did the material quality is very poor and the trousers don't look like the picture - wrong colour.
Very disappointed as they were nearly £30!!!!

The quality of the trousers was dreadful. Thin and cheap and certainly not worth the £30 I paid. They took weeks to arrive and when I complained the company took ages to get back to me. I had to repeatedly email about a refund and then they offered 15% (and I keep the trousers) or I have to bear the cost of returning them to China. They are complete scammers and should be avoided at all cost!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE!! BOUGHT 2 PAIRS OF TROUSERS £55 NOTHING LIKE THE DESCRIPTION/PICTURE WOULDN'T USE THEM AS DUSTERS. I DOUBT I WILL EVER SEE MY MONEY IF I RETURN !!! THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN, NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

I thought I was buying from a London store and the products were available. When I was able to track the order it was being made in China. Cheap material and shoddy stitching. One of the items had no washing instructions and do not know what the material is as no label. Will not buy from here again. Probably cheaper on Temu! I don't buy from them either!

Ordered what looked like a classy pair of trousers, so classy I ordered 2 pairs.
They were very poor quality.
Emailed to ask where I could send them back to. Lovely reply saying they would give a full refund and no need to send items back. It looked like the payment went in my bank straight away, but it is still pending, the bank cannot get the money.
Yet another scam.

I purchased some trousers that were meant to be linen. They arrived from China and were 95% elastane and didn't fit. The company will not correspond regarding a return. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could rate this shower of shit no stars I would! Do not buy from them con artists cheap clothing from Asia not a UK company as made out. The items I purchased were nothing like the pictures can only describe them as market stall standard not worth £5 never mind £60 odd. I can’t believe they do not respond to my refund request or provide a returns address. Needs to be shut down asap!

These people are charlatans. I bought two pairs of trousers…not knowing from foreign company. They arrived weeks later…too late for my holiday. I returned them first class tracked to the address which said return address.they are now saying that that’s not the recognised return address. So they’ve fleeced me out of £53……they are fraudsters.

Ordered what are suppose to be an elegant pair of trousers! Material looked like a linen blend on the website! Waited ages & could not believe what was sent to me! The trousers were thin & shapeless. The material was of very poor quality & certainly did not say elegant! I’d be embarrassed to wear them! Can’t be bothered to ask for a refund, as I can’t only assume that getting my money back will not happen but a lesson learnt! Do not use this company!!!

This is a con website do not buy products from them.
Clothes purchased bear no resemblance to advertised items.

I’ve just been told I can have a 15% refund and keep the trousers or return them to China at my expense

I have been trying to return some trousers that don’t fit and they are just not interested. Dreadful company, don’t risk it unless you are completely sure item will fit. Quality was rubbish as well. All emails meet with prevarication.

After a long wait I finally received the shorts I ordered which did not fit me and since then I have been trying to return them and every email address I have used gets sent back.
From my experience this company is best left alone.

As with so many of the reviews I thought I was buying from a UK business. The delivery was slow and the quality very disappointing. I am trying to get details of how to return these products but don't hold out much hope. I feel very cross that I have been fooled into buying substandard clothing. Please don't order from this company.

Do not order from this company trust the reviews, product very cheap and nasty not as stated at all. No response at all to return request. Luckily didn't cost that much.
