UK's Sylvanian Families Online Shop Bewertungen 

Having previously been a loyal customer I will never buy from this site again.
Bought what was described all over the listing as a pack of figures, turned out to be just 1 figure. Advised them that their site was misleading and breached Trading Standards on multiple points. They refused to apologise in an obnoxious email just told me to send it back at my inconvenience. Won't hold my breath for a refund and will be issuing a charge back on them if they don't. Have also reported them to Trading Standards with my evidence. Bad attitude 10, customer service 0.

Easy online transaction. I received an email confirmation with my invoice and the item arrived on time as expected along with a bonus brochure promoting other Sylvanian Families sets.

I think the website could be improved as it is a bit dated. When I signed up for the newsletter Gmail thought it was spam.

Received my order within three days of purchasing and everything was delivered in perfect condition! Really happy!! :))

Placed an order and haven’t had any update on it processing. Tried to email 3 times and called multiple times and they’ve taken the phone off the hook

I ordered 2 sets from the site.I got a tracking number to follow my order and it arrived well packaged in a few days.
I'd be happy to order from here again. One thing to be aware of is you should check the contents of a set before you buy it. They show a lot of pictures of multiple items mixed together but they do list what the item you are buying comes with in the details section.

I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order from the website, but did receive a confirmation email from WorldPay for confirmation of payment. The TrustPilot reviews I read following this did cause some concern, but I need not have worried. I emailed the company directly that evening with the email address provided for them at the bottom of the WorldPay email and received a reply the next morning informing me that it had been a technical error and that my items had already been dispatched with ParcelForce. They provided me with the ParcelForce tracking link and I also received an email from ParcelForce informing me they had my order for delivery. The items arrived the next working day. Everything was perfect and as advertised and described on the website. My son loves his new Sylvanian Families sets and spends hours playing with them. Highly recommend.

I ordered one week ago, they took my money. Around £70. The order is still “processing” I have emailed them several times with no response, contacted on Facebook with no response, the phone number on the website does not work. Lost a lot of money and cannot cancel my order. I’ll have to call my bank now to deal with this nonsense!

Fake Website , order placed more than one mounth and half, still no infos, delivery , even no tracking number.

FAKE WEBSITE AVOID they dont deliver Europe !

Delivery was fast and everything arrived in good shape

It was amazing and extremely cute, they are very detailed and easy to store away. I highly recommend that you get them. Also, we have bought at least 30 sets and loved them all.

On 3 April 2020, I ordered a bundle of Sylvanian items for my daughter's 8th birthday present (thankfully early because they said shipping would be slow). Emailed them 15th April when it still hadn't arrived. Told there had be a 'system error' and the special offer bundle I had ordered was out of stock. They have taken the bundle down, but looking at the website the various components of the bundle are still available individually at full price . I don't know what's going on, but I can guess and will be reporting them to Trading Standards. In the meantime I have to explain to an 8 year old why she has nothing to unwrap on her birthday. Avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

Sylvanian Families has an online U.K. store where I placed my order. I placed my order on Monday 6th April and it’s been over a week now but I still have not received my item. I understand there could be a delay but it doesn’t explain why my order status has not been updated. The status still says ‘processing’ but it shouldn’t take over a week just to process the order. I tried to contact the company multiple times via phone and email but no one responds. Every time I call it just goes to voicemail and every email I have sent has been ignored. I’m so disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. The customer service is terrible because they do not attend to customers’ queries and they just take your money without sending the item out for delivery.
