I paid a total fortune for barrier screen sliding doors and delivered the doors in the incorrect colour. The quality of workmanship was an embarrassment to the brand. After I sent them pictures, they replaced the doors in the correct colour but the replacement is not usable because it catches on the existing fixed glass panel. We did not have this issue with the door they originally supplied in the incorrect colour. We had other blinds damaged with scratches. Metal shavings left on the floor after installation. I’m a retired pensioner with health issues and they are giving me the run around. I will not stand for this being taken advantage of. I call to be advised sales manager on another call, manager on a tea break, Manager gone home for the day. I have purchased through them previously and I can assure they do not come in as the cheapest quote, the prices a sky high now and thought I’d be a loyal customer and was blind sided about the run around they are giving me now. Quality control is a major issue. When are you going to arrange for a repair, replacement or refund Sydney Blind and Screens? You are required to follow Australian Consumer Law. See attached photos before you consider purchasing from them. Would you be happy if they supplied you this?

Just wanted to review Sydney Blinds & Screens on their quality of products.
Purchased outdoor aluminium shutters and they were going great until the little caps in each door started to crack and break apart. As an outdoor product the quality of the plastic caps is not suitable for the outdoors. Anyone who purchases these shutters should be aware of this as they do not look good anymore either holes on the shutters.
Hoping Sydney Blinds will follow through on their response to send some caps.
