Definitely a scam!
Definitely a scam! I wish that I had checked here first. Fortunately, I was able to contact Paypal and report this so that I didn’t need to pay.
Follow up: The amount was of 50.35 was actually deducted from my checking account on 3/10; so, I had to call my bank and dispute it (plus a .45 card fee because it was a foreign charge).
My bank immediately credited it back to me and will give the scammer 30 days to reply with proof, which I’m sure they won’t.

I am writing to follow up on my order #75478, which I placed on August 25, 2024. I received a confirmation email indicating that the order would arrive within 5-7 days; however, I have not received my order, and it is now October 9.
I have attempted to reach out multiple times via email and phone, but I have not received any responses, and now the phone number appears to be non-functional.

I hope this helps others. Paid thru PayPal and never received merchandise. Then no contact with them. Bogus phone numbers and no return email. I attempted numerous xs.

BEWARE of Sydiesmart.com and totalhill.com. Same company under different bogus names.
I became suspicious after making a gift purchase for my sister from sydiesmart, and decided to see if another shop for the same items had similiar shipping costs and the sites were identical in look, yet had different contact business names and addresses. Then when I tried to check on the transaction, I got an error message. I tried calling, bogus numbers! I called my bank right away to cancel the payment, but it had already gone through, so I cancelled my card. The other shops name is totalhill.com. These places are scams! BEWARE!!!!

Like the other reviews, this site is a scam. The site say they are in Georgia, Paypal checked and found the account is from China and has had over 30 complaints.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
DO NOT buy from them! I paid with a debit card, never got the item. They never replied to my emails. Then someone from Sydiesmart who's name is Nguyen Thanh Phong attempted to hack into my Paypal account (even though I did not use Paypal during the Sydiesmart transaction) I had to get a new debit card, and am in the process of closing my Paypal account because of this fraudulent company. It is disgraceful that they are even allowed to have a website! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
