Helloo all i hope u will read my review if u r bisines owner do not use this company at all i got a new pizza shop and got contract with them 1st of all the price dissscused in contract is not right its way up high. 2ndly once i come with them my EPOS stop working i keep calling them thy said thy will sort it out by they didnt do anything its a rubbish company if u call them they dont know wht to do they just do some checks and nothing work so do not go with this company at all totaly rubbish n waste of time

I just cannot recommend Unicom in any…

I just cannot recommend Unicom in any way, they’re more expensive than other providers and they offer less for the money. They also sign you up for excessively long contracts (3 years) and charge extortionate rates to leave a contract. I’m on a count down until I can remove my mother in law from their clutches next year, who quite clearly from listening to the recording, did not fully understand what the sales person was saying.

Arranged a telephone conversation with Rudi Magill today at 12 O'clock. Rudi rang me at 12.00 on the dot, he was so lovely and informative, explained all my terms and conditions and everything that would happen re my broadband installation. He even asked what I had planned for the weekend. I think he's an asset to unicom and made my broadband experience really pleasant.
