I needed specific help with logging on to my Energy Supplier and the person I contacted at Switchd, Palesa, was SUPERB. Poor communication
I asked why they had not been in touch knowing that my current deal was expiring; I had not heard from them despite pledging to do so some 45 or so days beforehand, so I was unsure what was happening. I asked; they asked for the latest bill; I provided it and they thanked me for it an said wait for another email with the new deal; why not say what it was going to be? I've still not heard.
