The agent that I worked with was very responsive and helpful and answered all of my questions. It was easy to tailor my tour according to my preferred destinations and activities. We had nice window seats for the Glacier Express train, although it would have been better to be seated on the other side of the train car (better for pictures). Swiss Pass made it very easy to travel on all types of public transportation. Hotels were good and usually had a decent breakfast offering. For most hotels we had good directions and it was easy to walk to the hotel from the train station, although in Zurich it would have been nice to have directions for taking the tram instead of walking uphill for 15 minutes. Included tours and activities met expectations and instructions for tour options were typically clear and easy to follow.
Ideas for free time activities were also appreciated. Overall it was a good experience using SwissTours to plan and arrange our Swiss Holiday.

We just returned from our visit to Scandinavia covering Copenhagen, Oslo, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Rovaniemi, Helsinki and Tallinn in Estonia. This was our 3rd trip arranged by Swiss Tours because we like the freedom and flexibility the planned itinerary offered.

The entire trip was well planned and coordinated. The detailed itinerary was easy to follow which helped tremendously. Given the duration of our stay in each city, we had ample time to visit and enjoy most of the interesting sites and attractions.

The support staff from Swiss Tours were absolutely fantastic. A special thank you to John and Jesper who attended to all our queries and request during the planning stage and making the final arrangements.

One suggestion to help make future trips smoother. It would be great if Swiss Tour could recommend the nearest pick up point for the Hop On Hop Off bus nearest to our hotel stay. This will definitely save us time locating the bus route.

Everything was pefectly organised for us but we still had the flexibility to do activities at the times that suited us. The attractions that were organised for us were fanastic and the supporting information provided made it all easy. Finally the customer service representative was awesome. Reponses to questions were prompt and helpful. SWISS tours made the holiday arrangements stree free.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had riding a bus. The first interaction I had with the bus driver was the him yelling at me for no apparent reason. He was truly incapable of interacting with me like a mentally sound human being. Do not book a bus with this company they evidently don’t hire mentally sound drivers.

Swisstours did a great job on our recent trip through Switzerland. Everything was perfectly coordinated and the hotels we stayed at were really wonderful. Our agent was incredibly responsive to all of our requests. I have taken off one star because it was difficult to pay them. The billing comes out of India and my credit card company rejected payment thinking it was a scam--So each time I had a bill to pay I had to call Chase and have them on the phone with me. Swisstours would be well advised to bill out of Switzerland so that the payment process is easier.

We recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Switzerland, all thanks to SWISStours and Switzerland Tourism. Our journey began with a SWISStours advertisement we spotted in The Times of India on 26-Feb-2025. Having always dreamt of exploring Switzerland, we visited their website and soon booked an appointment at their office on 03-Mar-2025.
From the very first meeting, we were impressed. The team took the time to understand our preferences, patiently walked us through all possible travel options, and answered our queries without any pressure or sales push. Their honest and informative approach helped us quickly finalize our travel dates and itinerary.
Our trip spanned from 01-Apr to 08-Apr, with a thoughtfully planned itinerary—2 nights each in Lucerne, Interlaken, and Montreux, and 1 night in Zurich. SWISStours handled everything seamlessly: flight bookings, visa facilitation, hotel reservations, and internal travel with the Swiss Travel Pass. They also included attraction vouchers for Mount Titlis, Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, Glacier 3000, Chaplin’s World Museum, Lindt Home of Chocolate, and more—balancing sightseeing with time to relax and enjoy the stunning landscapes.
The hotel selections were excellent, with efficient service and beautiful locations—our room in Montreux offered a breathtaking view of the lake and snow-capped mountains.
What made this vacation truly special was the freedom and flexibility we enjoyed. Unlike rigid group tours, this independent itinerary gave us the privacy and space to explore Switzerland at our own pace, with just the right amount of guidance and recommendations.

Her efficiency, responsiveness, and personal touch (including arranging a warm send-off by a Swissair colleague on our departure day) made the whole experience smooth and memorable.

My overall experience is good. Specially I like the approach of Rajyashree, who was constantly in touch even beyond business. She tried her best to provide solution of all my queries.

The guide notes for each day were a great help with our planning how each day would unfold. The Swiss travel pass was amazing and made our train travel especially so easy. Each mountain experience was amazing.
The hotels were comfortable, some with great views, others not so much but all with good breakfasts.

Thank you SWISStours for executing a great trip itinerary throughout Switzerland for me and my husband. Sayali, our contact at SWISStours, was very timely in responding, had great suggestions and was very accommodating with our requests. We were a bit uneasy about train travel, as that isn't something we were used to. The detailed itinerary provided, directions to the hotel, suggested activities in each city was excellent. We had one small issue during our stay, but SWISStours was on top of it and resolved it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend SWISStours.

Everything was nicely planned, including the train tickets, hotels and excursions. All I did was let SwissTours know where I would like to visit, and they arranged everything so nicely for me. The Swiss Pass was wonderful, allowing us to travel on all modes of transport, and also getting discounts at certain attractions. The hotels chosen were all pretty close to the train station, either by bus, tram or on foot.

Fabulous service, literally walk out the airport and there is the bus.

This was our second tour during our stay in Geneve, Switzerland. The TERRIBLE service we received from the French woman at the front desk was DISGUSTING. Unhelpful, lazy, rude, and racist. We are American and were treated like garbage by this MISERABLE woman. We spent a lot of money for this tour and how we were treated was inexcusable. We were on the tour to Mont Blanc 3/30/25, 8:30 am. EARLY for the tour, I might add.
She should be fired. DO BETTER, Swiss Tours.
Hire someone with a better attitude who doesn't hate Americans. She is a brunette who wears TONS of makeup on her RBF. I will be sharing this experience with all my traveling circle.
