I received one bottle which had expired 3 years ago and a second bottle with no expiration date. Swisschems refused to replace these saying that I had opened the bottles. Also, the payment gateway was almost impossible to use. Everything about Swisschems screams of poor mangement and lack of professionalism and you should not trust their products to go inside your body.

Avoid this company. I made a number of purchases from this company without incident. When a recent purchase got stuck in transit I soon realized why there are so many complaints about poor customer service. They offered no help at all. Ryan Evans was useless. He would not help find out why tracking showed the package stuck in Florida for 4 weeks. Offered no refund, no reship. Basically told me I am SOL on a $200 order. I will take my business elsewhere.

Very poor quality. They are scammers. Do not buy anything from them. Most things doesn't work.

My order sat without shipping an entire business week. I had to contact repeatedly just to get it moving. The customer support offers 0 apologies or explanations. Personally I do not support business who operated with this type of “I don’t give a shit” attitude. Will not be ordering again.

Too much delay for shipping, and the money that we spent is alot after a month they shipped it and I have to wait another month to until it reach the middle east

Scumbags took my $300+ order with 3-5 expedited shipping paid for, didn't ship the package for over a month, refused to refund my money and lied to me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY until I contacted my bank and reported fraud / theft.

Didn't receive my package for well over a month (too late, I already ordered elsewhere) and they're contesting my fraud claim stating that "the package was delayed because of snow" for 5.5 weeks.

I have purchased a particular product from this company several times. They are legit, they are quality, but sometimes gear-hitches happen - even with the very best of companies. A supply chain issue caused a short delay one single time. Customer service was very helpful in keeping me informed. The shipment took place when they said and it literally arrived in 2 days via USPS. The nature of this business guarantees that no company will ever truly merit 5-Stars. However, IMHO, Swisschems is as close at it gets. I will be confidently and without hesitation be buying the same product from them every single time.

I ordered 2 products. One showed up and one didn’t. Customer service asked me to send them a picture of the product I received before they would send another replacement for the missing one. I told him which was which but they refused to help without a picture. This policy makes no sense.

Terrible. They are a scam They lie about next day shipping. Be ready to wait weeks on end with endless promises from customer service..

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Swiss Chems and the last batch of HMG they never sent. This was $341.00 and when I canceled the order they tried to blame it on “acts of god” even though they never disclosed on their website that they were having supply chain issues. I gave them well over a month to correct the problem and the last email I received they basically blamed it on their cord processsing company and asked me to reach out to them directly. These people are incredibly unprofessional and I warn anyone against using them. Their products also tested back to be less than 27% pure so… There’s that.

DONOT purchase anything from this company. They do not have the permission to sell to in other countries. They mark my order as shipped, and when I arrived at customers, it said that they did not have any permission to be vendors, and I was unable to collect my order. After contacting them about the issue, they told me the item will be returned back to the senders and I will be refunded the full amount, but I was not, I’ve tried several times to contact them but they just ignored me safe to say I’m not getting my money back. Save your money please don’t waste it.
