I dealt with Hammad years ago regarding a website. It was a good experience. Last year, I again asked Hammad to provide me with a plan for the software. He created a plan, like a flowchart, that was much easier to follow. However, I went with the other developer instead of Hammad. But it was a complete nightmare. I came back to Hammad and asked him for help. He did everything he could. He guided me and worked with me to go through the solutions. When a challenge comes, Hammad is very passionate about finding solutions.

General advice: Be very specific when dealing with IT companies. It will save you tons of time and disappointment.
