If I have Andrew attending to my pool I feel I will be in good hands. I need to know that, like any business, the people we give our business to are honest, as it can be taken away. Please stay this honest, helpful person.

Our pool was dirty for 3 years and the guys from Swimart Charmhaven came and spent a couple of days cleaning it and we are so happy with them. We will always go to them.

Manager's conduct was appalling when I needed help and support from the products I purchased from him a few years back. Now I receive an email to purchase more product from this business, fat chance!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where businesses back their product and treat you with the respect a customer deserves.

In view of the Covid restrictions it was very easy to get my pool water checked and Chlorine and Acid bought. The young man at the table at Charmhaven was very helpful and quick in service. Thank you.

We are happy with our service guy as he looks after the pool as it was his own. Always able to give advice when asked. Generally has parts in van if required.

Even during times of lockdown, the team at swimart were eager to please and went above and beyond the call of duty to maintain my pool. Everything was done over the phone, with contactless and efficient service. Happy, friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars!

One guy working on his own was doing a great job with all of the customers whilst I was waiting for my turn and stayed very polite, well done to him
