A great experience from the initial quotation to moving day. Rich and Chris B moved us - they were both efficient but also careful moving all our items. Would 100% recommend Swift removals if you are looking to move.

The guys from Swift were really good, from Ashley who did the inventory & explained everything is great detail, to Simon & James, who arrived on time and moved everything smoothly and efficiently, especially as the property I moved to had restricted access, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Ian, Chris and Dave were polite. Good experience saying that they would look after us. Their manner reduced our stress levels. Good characters, good sense of humour.

Ian and Dave were brilliant. They made moving house so much easier and less stressful. They were punctual and efficient and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They obviously had a lot of experience , knew how to take care of even the most delicate items and were happy to move the larger items even when I changed my mind. The team that helped us move house before Christmas (Marius, Ryan and Andy) worked tirelessly for the whole period. They were polite, helpful and definitely went the extra mile working into the night to complete the job on a late Friday evening. I would use this team again.

From the very first contact with Swift Removals and Storage, the service was excellent. Ashley took the time to understand our needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were fully informed throughout the process. Every interaction was polite and professional, making us feel confident in our choice.

The quote was fair and aligned with other offers, but it was Swift's professionalism and attentiveness that really stood out. They made us feel valued, and we knew they were committed to ensuring a smooth move.

On moving day, Mariusz and Andy arrived right on time, despite a 3-hour drive, and were both friendly and respectful of our home and belongings. They worked tirelessly, unloading at our new property with incredible speed and care, making sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They are a credit to Swift and worked exceptionally hard during what turned out to be a very long day.

Looking back, hiring Swift was the best money we spent during our move. We initially considered handling the move ourselves to save money, but after seeing how efficiently and carefully everything was done, we know it was worth every penny. We would absolutely use Swift again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving service!

Eddie Dan and Ryan probably wouldn’t describe themselves as the Dream Team. Took the stress out of the move and worked the magic of getting a baby grand into a lift designed for a piano accordion Well done boys would recommend without reservation 👍

We asked for Swift Removals to quote us on a move to Scotland. They sent one of their people to our house who agreed to supply us with a quote in 24 hours. He emailed me the same day to ask for a postcode for our new house, I replied by return but have heard nothing since. I emailed them a week later to ask if they didn’t want to help us. Again I’ve heard nothing in return, if you didn’t want the work why did you waste everyone’s time ? Copies of emails are available. You’ve lost approximately £5,000 worth of work !
