Swift removal company started off well:
Competitive quote, friendly etc.
Come removal day one of the young removal men could not be bothered! He didn't speak to us, help his team, stood looking at his phone and made no effort to even say a simple 'hello'.
All our boxes were labelled repeatedly all over the individual box but a majority was thrown into the garage (not ideal when you are disabled and need to access items). Garden items thrown everywhere and a few things broken. No plastic up the new stair carpet ( which we paid for). We also paid for a cleaning service of the our old property which was below basic and nothing noticeably cleaned. Also the removal men were told the old houses water had been turned off so when I went back to the old property a week later there was an overwhelming stench..the upstairs toilet full of No.2 and the downstairs toilet had foul smelling urine down it! We took matters up with Swift but they were totally lacklustre and even tried to charge us double again for one item they felt could not be removed on removal day!! It easily could have been, but the removal men decided they could not be bothered! Steer clear as you will be very disappointed!!

Thanks to Dalian, Davo, Jack, Lewis and Henry from the moving team, they were excellent. Punctual, friendly and very helpful. Scouted out want needed to be moved. Said this will be an easy one. 3 guys came to load. Was all done fast and efficiently within under 4 hrs.
It made our move so much easier.
They waited till we got our keys at 3pm. Didn't badger us or put us under unnecessary pressure.

5 guys unpacked everything and moved all our stuff to where we wanted. Even moved stuff again to another room when we changed our minds.
They took care of our stuff. Put the beds back together.

We could not have done it without them.

Eddie and Tyler were fantastic - they initially helped with packing and removal and now they delivered my belongings from storage to my new property. They are extremely competent and very respectful and friendly- they unloaded the van in record time and every item was intact and had been professionally packaged. Eddie has a brilliant sense of humour and makes a potentially stressful experience enjoyable, and Tyler is a joy to be around. I highly recommend Swift Removals as they did a brilliant job and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

An excellent service from start to finish and a successful move by Swift Removals earlier this week.
My recent relocation was handled smoothly and efficiently by Liam and David who were friendly and so helpful, taking the stress out of the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend this company.

An excellent, trouble free move. The move was to two places - a storage unit and later to our new home, all completed on the same day. Helpful crew unafraid of heavy lifts. Plenty of blankets o cover furniture and two vans used for easy access on bridal path type lanes. Swift personnel were Harry, Jack and Fransisco - my thanks go to them.

People need to know how good this firm is.
Moving is tricky, takes planning and is a large unknown.
Swift are very good at it.

A last minute booking was taken by this professional company that saved our move , we exchanged contracts at 2.30 on the Friday , moved on the Monday .
Two young men turned up with a large truck and a Luton van and got stuck in.
Caleb and Jason worked in a heat wave all day to move our three bed home .
Nothing was to difficult to ask of them and they were courteous and cheerful throughout .

Swift Removals moved me in July and from Ashley coming to do the quote I couldn't have wished for a better team than Dave and Liam to do the move. Courteous, respectful, polite, hardworking.
As a senior lady flying solo, they really looked after me even helping me take meter readings. Hopefully this will be my last move but if I had to I would book Dave and Liam without hesitation.

Luke & Tyler arrived promptly on the Monday & proceeded to pack our belongings with care. They were both courteous, polite & friendly yet really professional! Loading on Tuesday & unloading on Wednesday in chesterfield all proceeded well. I can’t thank them enough.
