I proceeded to create a video as instructed on their platform, the video created, yet would not save to my account. Contacted support and they asked me for my login credentials, 1st red flag. Continued to attempt to create 3 additional videos, still wouldn't save, was advised to delete them and try again. Email to them So I’ve created a reel three or four times now, they don’t save, I have difficulty making edits. The last reel I created I liked it but it’s gone. I don’t think your platform is fully developed, so I’m requesting a full refund. When you have your bugs worked out contact me. Noting they offer a phenomenal discount for the annual subscription. Yet I only paid for one month only to find out that they don't offer a refund policy so it was good on me to only lose the $39. Another AI pipe dream platform, definitely a buyer beware.
