This is a scam site, do not use. The breathalyzer unit they sell is a cheap chinese made that can be purchased on Temu for less than $10. In short it does not work and they make it impossible to return. They have set up a false website pretending that independent testing rates it as one of the best units on the market, which of course it isnt.

Swiftgrid LED Screen Breathalyser item is crap. Doesnt work properly with differing results and it is a scam. DO NOT buy from this company, cheap Chinese product not from England. Asked for a refund and get a response asking for so much information and barcode but the product packing doesnt even have a barcode. From what I have read now on reviews it seems if you send back it is more money you waste as they never refund. I am going to bank to lodge complaint and try and get refund back from mastercard

I am extremely disappointed with the Swiftgrid unit that 'arrived' today from.....China (??) What has the United Kingdom and China have in common with this item?

The item I received is clearly not a particularly great item. To me it feels like it was assembled in some sweat shop in China.

For starters, I was saddened when I opened the parcel to be greeted by a 'plain white box' which held the 'valuable' player.

The instructions will be needing a magnifying glass to be able to be read.

Further, the separate soft pack, holding the SD card and the Pen-Drive were BOTH totally useless.

The pen-drive was not secured within its plastic moulding, it was 'wobbling about'. It would not format, would not work. Period.

The SD Card would not format, but, when I eventually got it to format, it would not eject correctly, again, totally useless.

The player itself was not something that I would ever dare to advise any of my friends (or enemies) to buy, not worth the expected repercussions.

The diagonally installed 'Intelligent' scrolling wheel is loose, and I can state, without hesitation, that it will be the first item to fail on this device.

I shall soldier on with the mp3 player, even though it would not upload some of my mp3 tracks, for unknown reasons.

I'm the sucker that fell for that grandiose expose by some UK/AUSSIE electronic guru, who placed this item at the top of 'other' mp3 players, with a solid 9/10. ($$$$$)

Final outcome?
It is most assuredly, a re-branded Chinese piece of carp (sic), probably cost $50.....the con artists in the UK did a 'deal' with their Chinese brothers to rip off international buyers.....come in spinner!

DO NOT BUY THIS P.O.S......
Buy something local, with warranty, and the ability to return item if not satisfied.

The Swiftgrid MP3 player is supported by the comparison website "testdecide.com" (Best 5 MP3 Players of 2026: Ultimate HiFi Audio Experience for Music Lovers) - Apologies, Trust Pilot does not allow links to be posted... This site claims that the Swiftgrid MP3 player is the best of 2025. This comparison site appeared on my Google News feed... Believing it was somewhat legit, I checked it out. The site presents well, and shows 5 MP3 players, pros and cons, price, battery life etc and purchase links. The Swiftgrid MP3 somehow manages to be so superior and affordable (and appears #1 on the list), it duped me into not bothering with the other players. Incidentally, I discovered later that it has the only links that function (to Swiftgrid-au.com) in the whole page.
NB: When I discovered this, I contacted Google to report them as a scam... They did nothing.
When you click the link, you get to Swiftgrid-au.com. There, you are presented with a marketing and information page about the player and a link where you can purchase the player (and expansion Micro SD Cards). It states many times that the player supports 128Gb expansion via Micro SD.
I purchased the player and a separate Sandisk 128Gb card. The card failed in the device. When I contacted Swiftgrid, they told me that it cannot handle a 128Gb card. Follow-up technical advice from Swiftgrid contradicts their own website - They told me that it can only handle a 32Gb card... Even though their website sells a 64Gb card for the device.
NB: As yet, Swiftgrid has NOT amended this claim on their website.
When I asked to send the item back, they supplied me with an address (in China). They told me that not only was I responsible for the return postage (acceptable), but I would also be charged for the initial postage, plus a 15% handling fee.
I accepted this and posted the item. However, they did not tell me that I also needed to include some kind of "authority" or "declaration" to China Customs advising them it was returned goods. This mean the item is being held by China Customs, waiting for import duties/taxes to be paid. Swiftgrid knows this. But they did not mention this in any of their communication. They accept no responsibility to fix the issue or help in any way. All they told me, was "wait till China Customs returns the item and post it again".

Disgusting company. Cheap terrible products! DO NOT buy from this company. Sent back to get a refund and still sitting in customs as they say address doesn’t ex! Total scammers! Paid 180aid fr a product that was $12 on amazon!! totally ripped off!!

Return process cost you as much as the product just to make you not want to proceed with the order, as they give you chinese return address.

Hong Kong scam site do not use. Looked like a great deal when I ordered, but no confirmation once order was placed. I then heard nothing despite my emails to support until the item arrived unexpectedly. There was no shipping confirmation or delivery date. Items are poor and do not function. I bought the MP3 player and it will not change from a locked screen to function or do anything else. Very flimsy and tiny. The problems started when I wanted to return. First I was offered a 3% discount. Then the return guidance came in. Items had to be received within 14 days of delivery to me. I would be charged £35 for postage plus a 20% 'restocking fee' and the cost of the original postage to send the item out. The only way to return was to their address but they would not send it to me and not to the one on the package label. I emailed many times asking for the return address and each time I was asked to send a photo or a video of the item not working so that their technical support could help me. All this was a delaying tactic to prevent me from being able to return in time. I have now reported to Report Fraud and to my credit card company.

Unfortunately i bought this swift grid Mp3 player also purchased an sd card which is totally corrupted i have bought a branded replacement which works.The player itself is working and i am happy with it but not the price.I thought i was buying a a quality model. The player has no brand name on it and having done further research you can buy the same player on E bay new for £30.00This site is a total scam they dont reply to customer support e mails. I am resigned to the fact i paid too much and its a lesson learned will do more research next time or buy from Amazon All the other reviews say the same about this company. Do not buy from this company!! The product is NOT at all as advertised, I’ve been trying to get my money back (and return the product) for over a month. I’m not resigned to the fact that this won’t be happening because their customer service is almost as bad as the product itself.
First of all, despite being Swiftgrid-UK they are NOT a UK based company they are based in Hong Kong. To return any product you’ll need to pay international shipping yourself. That’s if you’re ever given the opportunity to return it.
The screen is TRASH. Nothing like the screen advertised on the website.
There is no search feature.
The player cannot arrange albums in correct order (only alphabetical order)
Only a limit number of characters can be used. Don’t expect “Led Zeppelin” expect “Led Zep”.
Awful product, complete rip off. Customer service is stalling at every possible opportunity to allow me to return.

Bought an MP3 player, which turned out to have unlistenable playback due to glitching. It became apparent that despite having a 'UK' website there is no way to actually return it short of sending it to China and even if they acknowledge receipt there will be a further 15% removed from the refund. Clearly UK statutory rights don't apply. No answer to emails from their only email address. Do not buy under any circumstances.

My Swiftgrid MP 3 player arrived in a package with no legible return address. The box as well as the player itself was unmarked and there were no return instructions. I had problems setting it up and signed onto a "chat" as well as emailed the support line. There have been no responses whatsoever. I believe this is a scam. I have tried to review the site that recommended this player when I asked "The best MP3 player" and the site, test direct, will not accept my review. It ha been an awful experience and I am out alot of money.

The only link on the review page was for the crap they sell. extremely deceptive marketing method. Utter unreliable crap was posted, built to the lowest standard.
