They answered my query and I have got the right spare part

I brought this from about Amazon three months ago. I have problems with the handle it keeps detaching it’s a screw on handle. The wire inside the handle seems to get longer and longer this makes it very difficult to screw the handle back on now the part that holds the handle in place as now stays in the bottom part

Parcelforce delivered the eb20 battery quickly after they got it. Topped up the battery then used it.This battery lasts about as long as other one with the mower so all seems well so far. Best value including p&p I saw on the internet.

Very easy to deal with. I have had my mower for over three years and it has been terrific. Sadly my strimmer that has been used less than 20 times has expired.

On your website the blade starts at £9 then when you go to order it it becomes £23.99 it didn’t matter which blade you clicked it staid at £23.99 until you went to check out then it changed to £26.99 plus postage was a bit annoying and confusing. The blade we ordered did arrive quickly though

8 weeks after purchase and only 4 times used my Swift lawn mower developed a broken wheel…
No customer service ….Impossible to get any response via email and a foreign person answers the phone when you ring!!!
So much for a 24 month warranty!
