Ordered direct with Swift, delivered in timescale given. Product we have had before and very satisfied so ordered another the same. After sales service very good as we had a issue with new product which was dealt with promptly.

Bought swift garden vacuum. The tool its self is really well made ,i think its fantastic great suction better than my mains one

Shocking customer service: I have been trying to contact Swift Garden Tools to return this unopened and unused item from 07 August. The lack of communication from them is shocking. So I would warn any buyers to be wary of this company.

Had most of the garden machinery range in the past, very good/excellent.
The only downside was,Parcel Farce, they held the parcel at a depot nearby for five days, and it cost £6.00 for the pleasure, even after being told free postage on items over £100.00. So postage poor, but Strimmer excellent.

Parcels sent promptly and well packed. Put together instructions more or less nonexistent. However I have found all my Swift cordless garden tools to be sturdy, reliable and more capable than expected.😊

Be carefull what you buy from this company I have a lawnmower and needed a replacement battery because they don't sell the same model anymore I can't get a new battery so will have to get a new lawnmower nothing wrong with the mower I got

Delivered quickly and in good condition. Took me a while to get the saw chain into position but patience is a virtue and once it was in position the action felt smooth. Good value and my third appliance. Have always found the customer service to be excellent. They cancelled the original order (to save me extra postage) as I wanted to add another item. Would have liked some oil to have been included but still a Happy Customer.
