We are SWB Boots. We're new to TrustPilot but are a well established & trusted online sportswear store, having launched back in 2011. We specialise in previous season football and rugby boots that you can no longer purchase in mainstream stores. We also stock selected ranges of running shoes, outdoor trainers, golf shoes, casual trainers and kids footwear. Whilst we are only a small business we ship thousands of orders every year to many happy and returning customers, providing a fast dispatch and personal service. Thank you for your order and review. I’m sorry to hear the parcel was not delivered to your address. On checking the tracking it shows that delivery was attempted at your address at 12:00 today (17th December), and that the postman left a delivery notice in your mailbox. The tracking then shows you have requested redelivery to the collection point of your choice.
If any of this tracking is incorrect then please let us know so that we can contact the postal service. I have sent you an email to clarify the situation and to hopefully get this matter resolved for you.

SWB boots has a great range of boots to choose from at great prices, the delivery time was very good aswell and it didn’t break the bank on the other hand. For me i value the quality and price of my boots, checking various other sites i didn’t think i’d find an affordable pair of boots that i was looking for, until i went through SWB boots finding my boots instantly and at a exceptional cost. Very honest page would highly recommend.
