Only because I am not an iPhone fan, and hate the idea of spending ove $3oo on a pre-owned phone. Otherwise it's great!

Some sellers on Swappa have actual pictures of the product they are selling, not a representative picture but the item itself. That is what I like about Swappa, please don't lose that capability. Scott was great, product was exactly what the picture showed and he sent the phone right away and it was exactly as shown.

It’s a good phone, with a relatively decent price for what I got.

As a former Android user, I wanted to get a good iPhone, but I didn't want to a big bucks for a new, current model. the 11 Pro is a couple of generations old, but it's highly rated, so I went with it. my phone was a warranty replacement from Apple, it cwme wrapped in a sealed white box, in brand new condition. Got it for a great price, too. Swappa allows buyers to correspond with sellers, and that worked very well for me in this case. I was able to work a deal with the seller. Also, Swappa's support was very good when we ran into a small technical issue. it was quickly resolved. I have done business with Swappa, either as a buyer or seller, several times and I have always been pleased.
