Last minute Order
I placed an order for the cow stress toys last minute and within 5 working days the team had them delivered to my door. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient.

We are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and quality provided by SwagHut. We partnered with them for the first time in 2025 to help with our Annual Employee Store. The project ran smoothly from start to finish. The range and quality of the items offered is second to none, and no request was too difficult for their excellent staff. I would have no doubts about working with SwagHut again on this project aswell as others going forward.

My first experience with SwagHut was when I needed to organise new starter onboarding packs for our company, H&MV Engineering. Since my first interaction with Ger and the team I have never looked back. SwagHut provide a premium service at a brilliant price. The quality of their products is exceptional but what sets them apart is their customer service. I have an account manager I can go to at any time with my requests. No matter how crazy or last minute my request, my amazing SwagHut account managers Brenda and Eddie always find a way to deliver.

I'm delighted I found SwagHut and look forward to doing business with them for years to come. I would highly recommend SwagHut to anyone :)

SwagHut make it so easy
We started using SwagHut for our new hire's merch in 2025. Their communication is instant with any question or query we have. They are always so helpful and find a solution straight away. Their online platfrom has been a game changer for us, it means at the click of a button we know how much stock we have left and the ordering and delivery process is so straightforward.

My overall experience was really great. If you keep them informed on your delivery timelines plus restrictions they help you find a way around it in most feasible manner. Thank You Brenda & Gabrelia, appreciate your support and swift processing. Also, the processing time is very quick with smooth delivery process.

We've been using Swag Hut for more than 2 years now, they provide our VeChain Swag bags for all new employees. We also use Swag Hut for various gifts for all employees at events. Most recently they provided a VeChain branded T-shirt and bag for our Trip to Osaka, Japan. We sure did stand out in the crowd on tours over 100 people wearing our Swag. The Swag Hut Team are amazing, great customer support and the quality make a real difference. Thank you Team.
