Long time customer. Bought the classic low white. Noticed the design changed compared to the last pair I bought (used materials looked a lot cheaper). Reached out to customer support about it, never received a response like everyone here.

Bought their "Classic Low White" shoes after reading lots of positive reviews online. Had an issue with them. Reached out to the customer service twice, they never even responded.

Checkout is broken, unable to order. Tried several browsers/devices. Had someone from another country try to order, nothing works.
E-mails seem to get ignored.

My return parcel was delivered on April 19. I contacted them on May 16th, May 25th, May 31st, and June 1st - I NEVER received a human response and to this day I'm out 190 EUR and also have no shoes.

I ordered the Classic low white shoes from Svensson. The delivery came pretty quick and the shoes appeared visually nice. Unfortunately, the issue came with the supposed customer service from the founder.

After trying on the shoe, with jeans (jeans are not raw denim) which were also cuffed, I noticed very visible blue stains around the shoe. I explained this to the Svensson team, seeking some assurances of some sort on the quality of the shoe. I was met with an extreme set of condescending responses from one of the founders. It was of great shame to me, as I wanted to understand why this was occurring with the shoe and what could be done.

Having purchased many other white premium shoe and experiencing this colouring for the first time on this shoe, it warranted some feedback/assurance from their team.

Not only was the customer service from the founder extremely rude, when as a result of the responses I requested a return I was told I was not allowed one as it was not a defect with the shoe, which actually breaches EU rules regarding online purchases. As a consumer you have a legal right of 14 days to cancel an order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to send most goods back for a full refund (including outward delivery costs), even if there's no fault.

It's a real shame to have to write this negative review, as I always believe you focus on the product, but the product also comes with the service from the brand. Hence, my rating of 1.
