I was not happy ..as the concerned Sushma travel staff Mr Vivek gave me a driver number who will attend the 20 seat travellers..
But on the journey date 25th may 2024..the driver gave me another driver number..n said he will attend..
The bus was quite neat n clean..
Only the issue with the driver was that....he was unaware of the route which we were going..that really up setted me . As we managed only 20 percent sight seeing ...

Tq for your service. 5days trip Mumbai-nashik-.Shirdi and 3 jyothilingam temples. Driver, good and able to listen. Although language is a main communication issue but we managed. Traveller car good condition. Driver familiar with certain area, we guide him with waze.

Great professionalism, good rates, nice comfy AC vehicle & driver. They worked out the trip well. We enjoyed a 3 day ride from Mumbai to Bhandardara, Shirdi & back. However we couldn't travel on "Samruddhi Maha Marg" as the vehicle tyre condition was not upto the mark as per the RTO stationed at the Toll plaza. It costed us about 1.5 hrs delay in going back to the old road.
But overall it was nice experience. Keep it up Sushma Travels..!!!

Horrible experience we had faced for our 3 day trip to Lonavala.( 6 july 23 to 9 july 23 ) They had send me good pics of Tempo Traveller and instead they send me pathetic Tempo Traveller.

I am a travel agent and if they could send me this good for nothing vehicle, just think what they can do to other guests.

Driver came 2 hours late for our pick up from Mumbai Railway Station. 15 of ous waited for 2 hours at 530 in the morning.

Vehicle - Horrible, low maintenance
Driver - Horrible, we couldnt stand his appearance. We asked him to bath in our hotel room because we had to travel with him for 2 days.

On top of all this instead of apologizing they had the guts to ask for 2000 as balance payment amd if we didnt deposit than the driver wouldnt take us back to mumbai.

Very rude employees or owner god knows what.

If u want to ruin ur trip than hire them

I cant even give them 1 star also.

Pathetic experience once again i will say, they dont understand the meaning of word Hospitality i guess. Some idiot has started this business who doesn't know how to run it.

We didnt know whether we were travelling in a 17 seater Tempo or sitting on railway platform. Please refer pics. It was a nightmare for ous everytime when we had to sit in the Tempo.

Very Bad experience with Sushma Travels.

Guy if you want to rent out a vehicle from Sushma Travel then don't fall into fake commitments because after making payment you can't do anything. They give you very cheap rates so clients can easily trap in that but after that everything is finished.
I book for 2 days 8th and 9th Jan 2023
Before hiring a vehicle I have already mentioned my requirements which they have not fulfilled even after you complain they not responding to you properly. They are not bothered whether your trip is good or BAD.

Very poor service from your side, given an old dirty bus with a driver who knows nothing.
Called many but didn't reply to my message also.
Even didn't shared driver number, many times called but no responses. But I given full amount as agreed, but still not got any reply from their size .

I had bad experience. I will suggest everyone dnt hire any vehicle. I will you give you third class rating. Please dnt hire any vehicle.

Your 45 seater Bus Owner demanding more fare in middle of journey, despite we pay more than 90% of the fare. We request, balance fare will be given as soon we reach destination, as Per kms. But he is WRONGLY FIRM IN DEMAND. THIS IS WRONG, AS HARRASEMENT TO CUSTOMER.

We had comfortable journey. Driver was polite professional. We booked 20+1 seater AC tempo traveller, it was neat n clean. Overall journey with shushma travells was satisfying.

Good vechile driver behaviour is good but driver need to have the knowledge of all places and route
