Great customer service. Been helpful from initial enquiry through to delivery and beyond. I’d recommend based on my experience and will certainly shop with supinflatables again.

After my initial 1 star review. It turns out that Sup inflatables dispatched as promised on time. Will use again. I Will get home delivery next time to avoid my confusion of shipping method. Sent UPS yet states DPD next day on order.

My experience with this company has been pretty good, Emma has been very helpful through all the process and the exchange of the inital board i got was great too.
I will definitely buy with them again, one thing i wasnt happy with is that the delivery company they were a mess with delivery, changing the delivery day 3 times where i eneded driving to their depot 30 mins away to collect the parcel.
The board is just beautiful and have used a few times, very stable which is what i was looking for, and litle bit more faster than the previous one.
Emma will help you to chose your next board!! She is very friendly, I wish all customer services were like her.
The fin had a few scratches not normal to be a brand new board, even if it would get scratches with time, and some pen paint i wasnt able to remove.
This is why i gave 4 * for the scratches. pen marks and delivery.

Other than this I do 100% recommend this company!!

From the first contact with this Amazing company and speaking with Gary who took the time to give lots useful information about which product was best suited to my needs … without pushing a sale on me ..
as I’ve just completed 21 Miles ( Monster the Loch on a standard paddle board and was looking to go the the next level.
when I went back to place the order a week or so later then Emma was equally helpful with her understanding of the Shark 14ft Venture plus. Great service from start to finish.
Over the moon with this product and company and highly recommend both.

5 stars isn't enough to acknowledge the service from both Emma and Gary at SUP Inflatables UK. With a potential delay in my order from the manufacturer through no fault of SUP Inflatables, Emma took the time to phone me to explain and updated me on a timeline to receive my new SUP package. The goods were received three days ahead of schedule thanks to their level of customer service. Both took the time to call and take a genuine interest in supporting Paddleboard professionals and help get us back out on the water quickly on our chosen kit. With superb knowledge and refreshingly genuine approach to their support, the biggest compliment I can offer is to highly recommend SUP Inflatables UK to others considering purchasing equipment. 1 STAR — Utterly Appalling Seller. Avoid at ALL Costs.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I paid £399 for a paddleboard which never arrived. The seller used UPS — who dumped the parcel outside my front door without permission, signature, or any safe place request. It was stolen before I ever saw it. I immediately raised this, provided everything I was asked, and was stonewalled every step of the way.

The seller refused to take ANY responsibility and showed no interest in resolving the issue. They ignored messages, failed to chase the courier properly, and ultimately left me high and dry — £399 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it. Not a refund. Not a replacement. Not even an apology.

Worse still, they hid behind tracking information that proves nothing except that the item was left unattended. That is not delivery — that’s negligence. They know it, and they do not care.

This is not a reputable business. This is a faceless, gutless operation that prioritises loopholes and excuses over basic customer care. Their conduct has been evasive, dismissive, and dishonest.

I have had to escalate this through PayPal, Action Fraud, UPS investigations, and I am now preparing for Small Claims Court. All because this seller flatly refused to engage like a professional.

Avoid this seller like the plague. If anything goes wrong, they will disappear and leave you to carry the loss. You’ve been warned.

I have used Sup inflatables for a number of years and have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently I was interested in their 5” shark paddle boards and when I saw they had a demo day at chelmarsh I went along to try out the boards. It was a great day no pressure but plenty of advice and the opportunity to try different boards. Following this I preordered a 14x26x5 it arrived yesterday, checked all items over everything was perfect including the extra screws to repair my paddle (which wern’t on the order but Emma remembered). This morning I took the board for its first paddle. I was out for over an hour and a half and thoroughly enjoyed the way it performed. Thank you Emma and Gary I wouldn’t have gone for a 26” if I hadn’t tried it at Chelmarsh.

This board is a complete game changer. I have severe arthritis in both hands, am 5'8 and of light build so had been advised to look at 5 inch deep boards after bouncing around for 2 years on my Nisco Alana. SUP Inflatables were doing an open day at Chelmarsh and since a friend was already over the moon, with his 14 foot shark speed plus (aka lightning) I went along. Emma and Gary were fab, giving me advice with nl pressure and loads of time on the water to try the different widths and types of 5 inch boards available. As soon as I paddled the 12' x 5 x 28 Shark Speed Plus it was love at first ride! It's completely stable, incredibly responsive and like a little bullet - I really didn't want to get off. I purchased one immediately and it has changed my paddling life. It turns on a sixpence when stepping back, is stable in rough water is so light to manoeuvre on water and carry around on land. I no longer have problems with my hands when paddling or carrying the board and my Garmin stats have all improved dramatically 🥳 I can even use my Starboard fins in and it flies with a race fin. There is nothing I don't love about this board and it's now been paddled for both leisure and racing and on reservoir, rivers, canal and sea.
As always, fabulous before and after sales service from Emma and Gary who always go the extra mile to look after their customers. Huge thank you from an ecstatic customer 🤩

Purchased a Gladiator Pro paddleboard just under two years ago and until this last weekend had been very pleased with it. SUP inflatables were recommended to me and when I was purchasing the board found them very knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst out for a paddle at the weekend I suddenly lost the lower half of my paddle. On inspection and after speaking to several experienced paddleboarders it would seem that the glue used for the insert on the upper half of the paddle has failed. When I contacted SUP inflatables requesting a replacement I was told that this was not covered under warranty. I pointed out that this was an equipment failure (i.e paddle was NOT fit for purpose) and was told that I shouldn't be using it on 5km paddles and that I was being demanding. Strangely I was not told any of this when I purchased the board. I will be taking this up with Gladiator as this appears to be an equipment failure. I am very disappointed with the customer service and attitude of SUP inflatables especially as they were recommended.
SUP inflatables consequently lied and said that they had offered an upgrade at a discount as a goodwill gesture. In the 3 emails I received from them the word goodwill was never mentioned and there was also no mention of a discount.

In reply to SUP inflatables answer. The only time that this company mentioned the words "goodwill" and discounted upgrade was in their reply to my poor google review of their customer service. Even now they insist in talking about warranty and clearly fail to realise that this is something a company offers but in actual terms means nothing. The item I purchased was NOT fit for purpose and under the Consumer rights Act 2015 I requested a replacement and I offered to return the failed paddle for their inspection. This company shows no understanding of this act and has been defensive from the start. Let me be absolutely clear, at no time did they offer any discount or goodwill and I have all the emails from SUP inflatables to prove this. They LIED on their reply to my Google review and again here when they claimed to do this. After their refusal to even inspect the failed paddle and just constantly stating the item only has a one year warranty I informed them that I would contact Gladiator direct and leave an appropriate poor review. This was not a threat this was a statement of the actions I would carry out. This is a cut and paste from my email "I do not feel that the paddle that came with the board is fit for purpose. A fellow paddle whose paddle I took a pic of has had her board and paddle for over 4 years without issue
As you clearly have no interest in replacing and item that clearly has a defect I will contact Gladiator direct and leave a relevant poor review.
You have lost a customer and I will be withdrawing all my recommendations."
SUP inflatables clearly sent Gladiator and email about their "difficult" customer as the reply I received from Gladiator contained threats and information only SUP inflatables could have given them.
My initial experience with SUP inflatables was fantastic and I recommended them to a number of people looking to purchase a paddle board. Since their awful customer service and failure to follow UK law on top of stating falsehoods on their reply, I will no longer recommend them and let people know of the very bad experience that I have had

In reply to SUP inflatables, you can clearly see that they show NO interest in their customers statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Yet they claim "We’re a small, hardworking team who care deeply about our customers and our products. We take pride in treating people fairly"

I first encountered SUP inflatables in 2019 when looking for my first paddle board. They gave some great advice over email, and offered a phone call to discuss further. It's now 2025, the board I was sold is exactly what I needed. I was now looking for a paddle board for my daughter, I went straight back to these guys. Ordered it Monday hoping to have it before the bank holiday weekend, I was using it Wednesday afternoon, couldn't be more pleased with the entire process

Outstanding customer support from Emma following some difficulties I had with a replacement fin. Nothing to do with the product; all to do with the board and my inexperience. Many other companies wouldn’t engage if the product was fine. SUPInflatables did and it made all the difference. Would highly recommend based on this experience. Thank you!!

Was looking for a touring board to compliment my race board for longer trips, chilled paddling and taking abroad. Settled on a gladiator 14T which is a fantastic board and has been loved all over the UK and Mauritius.
Rarely do you find retailers who not only strive too get people on the correct gear but also know what they're talking about. If you are reading this, and are looking to buy an Isup. Buy from SUP inflatables. They will look after you like they did me. If they sold composite boards I'd buy race boards from them also.

Emma and Gary were very helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. They opened for me on their day off. Couldn’t fault them. If you need a board or clothing you must first contact supinflatables.

I'm a beginner and messaged SUP Inflatables on whatsapp with some questions about choosing a board. They replied and arranged to speak on the phone later that day (a Sunday) and gave good advice without being pushy. Ordered my board from them and it arrived the next day. Had a problem with inflation (due to my own lack of knowledge!) so sent them a WhatsApp because it was before opening hours
Emma rang me back immediately from the car on her way to work with advice on where I was going wrong (which had potential safety issues). The customer service has been amazing, they're so responsive. Highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with too many options or conflicting advice online, like I was. They also have a range of finance options that were very easy to arrange and seem to only stock good quality brands. They've clearly tried out most of the products they sell personally - o really valued their comments in the descriptions of some of the products like PFDs where they gave impartial advice about which products they had found worked best and why. I never leave reviews but really felt compelled to in this case. Everything a business should be!

I actually bought a SUP from these almost a year ago now, but what a service! Excellent quality product, staff always available on what’s app for any advice/queries I’ve had and I got a years warranty with my board and paddle which gave complete peace of mind. Customer service is amazing.. happy to go above and beyond for a great experience!!

I would definitely recommend Supinflatables. They always provide superb service, have excellent knowledge and support and easily contactable. I had an issue with the hose on my electric pump, got in touch with them trying to buy a replacement and they sent me one for free with advice on use. I can't recommend enough will always use them. Thanks
