Great experience travelling with our dogs with Super Pet Travel. Everything was organised quickly, and all our questions were answered straight away.

A big thank you to Hashmat, who made us feel reassured throughout—it really made a difference. The crossing went smoothly, and the car was clean and spacious.

We’d definitely travel with them again.

From the first contact, Mo and his team were quick, efficient and clear with pricing and what documentation was needed. He contacted me ahead of time, shared his location on the day and the meeting at Paris Orly was very easy. We arrived in London 2 hours ahead of schedule. We will be using the team again.

The service was excellent; Mo was very fast, very friendly and efficient - and a total life saver at zero notice. Very regular check-ins and updates on our kitty. Massively appreciated and would absolute recommend!!

We had a great experience with Mohammed and Rozh. After a long international flight, Mo communicated with us proactively and picked us up at the Paris airport. The boarder controls went smoothly and we arrived at home in London safely with our two cats. Price is pretty reasonable compared to other quotes we received and having in mind we were together driving for about five hours. Definitely recommend Super Pet Travel and would book it again if needed. Thanks!

We travelled from Portugal to London with our 2 dogs . Mo picked us up in Paris and the journey was seamless. The car was very comfortable and our dogs were very happy. Mo was kind and friendly and I would highly recommend this service.

Mo and team were exceptional! Not only were they quick and responsive but also reasonably priced considering other quotes received. We made the move from the US and so happy to have used Super Pet Travel, if we need to move our cat again out of the UK we will definitely use their services again.

Fantastic experience with Super Pet Travel who transported our miniature poodle from Kent to Merseyside when I couldn’t due to work. Booked less than 2 days in advance, great communication during booking process and competitive/fair price. They set up a what’s app group the night before including their admin team, driver, me and my mother (who was taking custody of our pet). The driver (Hashmat) turned up on time and was very friendly/polite and clearly a lover of dogs - we felt our fluffy baby was in safe hands! Our recent journey from Romania back to the United Kingdom was a very stressful experience. We were travelling with two cats and a dog, and what should have been a long but manageable trip quickly turned into a chain of unexpected problems. We dealt with a lost passport, a vet who made mistakes with deworming, and hotel booking issues that appeared at the worst possible times when my partner and I were already stressed.
Through all of this, Mo was fantastic.
He remained calm, patient and reassuring no matter what was happening around us. He never showed frustration and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he supported us with kindness and steady confidence. His favourite phrase, "There is always a solution", became something we held on to throughout the journey. He helped us stay grounded during moments when we felt overwhelmed.
On the road, we felt completely safe with him. Mo is an excellent driver who manages long distances with ease. He handles border checks, delays and unexpected complications with professionalism and good judgement. Even during the most stressful moments, he carried himself with a sense of calm that made a huge difference to us.
What could have been a nightmare journey became something we could cope with because Mo was there. He looked after us, he looked after our animals and he made sure we always felt supported. His kindness and reliability meant more to us than he probably realises.
We are deeply grateful for everything he did, and we would recommend him and Super Pet Travel without hesitation.

We were very happy with the company helping us relocate the dog from UK to France. The driver was professional, polite and on time.

In one word I can describe the service only as EXCELLENT. I could not have imagined that somebody could be so great in transporting Lilly and myself from Switzerland to the UK. The saying "The client is KING" is lived by these fantastic professionals and I cant enough recommend to use this service.

I have travelled with Super Pet Travel from Geneva in Switzerland to London. Mo picked us up in the morning and already you could see how great and serious this service is by him being super punctual. We had actually more stuff than we thought to bring beside my dog and Mo was extremely helpful with loading the Minivan. He was super friendly from the first moment and it became right away clear that the most important thing for him is to help the client and make them happy.

When we left Geneva it was right away clear that Mo is an amazing driver and he was driving very safely and smoothly all the way. We spent 11 hours together and he is a very pleseant person to talk to which made me feel the drive went by in an instant. Lilly, my dog was sitting next to me and for Mo, beside looking after that I am comfortable it was as important that Lilly is fine. She could feel that he is very experienced with animals and trusted him from the first moment. She was sleeping and I was surprised how relaxed she was given that she did not know him and that it was such a long journey.

When it came to the paper work at the border Mo took care of everything. He knew the fastest and most efficient way to get to the custom controller. It took us literally not more than 5 minutes thanks to his knowledge and experience.

When we arrived in London after the drive Mo did not hesitate a second to help me to unload the car. He was again super quick and helpful and kept his good mood and positive energy that he had the whole trip up.

I can only recommend this service and cant tell enough how grateful I am for the safe and efficient transport of Lilly and myself. It was excellent from the first until the last moment and I will use only this service going forward.
