Really impressed with my experience. Honestly I was incredibly overwhelmed about needing to get a fire risk assessment on my building as I’m in the process of selling my house which is part of a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and I have an absent freeholder. After checking reviews here, I decided to get in touch with Supernova and Chris Graham was exceptional. He talked me through everything and answered all my questions throughout (and I had a lot of questions!). Chris really put my mind at ease that everything was in hand which was a god send as I was super stressed about it. I spoke to him on the Thursday, he booked me in with a slot for the Saturday with Aaron who turned up within the allocated timeframe and was very pleasant. Come Monday morning, my report was ready, sent promptly and was very comprehensive. I had also received quotes from two other companies and they were incredibly high. Supernovas price was much more reasonable and the service was excellent all round. I would absolutely recommend Chris and the Supernova team and will definitely use them again in the future.
