Ordered two tags but only received one, went to register it only to find out i had to pay a monthly fee .. don't remember that being mentioned? You can register it with a free account but basically it is useless. I feel this is a scam! By a dog tag with your number on. If found they will just call you and tell you where your pet is !

Hidden fees. Have to pay more to actually use the tag.

Avoid. Awful customer service. Never received my order or a refund. Price differed once you pay… better companies out there

Absolutely brilliant service website is easy to navigate and prices are well worth it my dog is everything and if he runs off I can get him back again is great peace of mind

Scam! You pay for the tags to then find out they are useless unless you pay for subscription.
