Eva pedro was excellent very prompt & efficient would use her time.

Booked a holiday which was cancelled, got given a voucher to redeem on a future holiday. Found a holiday on the website, contacted them to book it and the price they quoted me over the phone was double the price on the website and they say that the price on the website isn’t an accurate live price? Have never heard anything like this before. The people who answer the phones don’t speak clear English or understand it very well and are very unhelpful, constantly getting put on hold and passed to a next advisor.

Very helpful

Dania very helpful.

Dania so quick and so competent.
Most helpful.

Linda was very helpful
Would I book again? Not sure

Linda Francis was brilliant. They called me to make sure everything was in order for me. Lovely service

I was speaking to your rep by name
Mr. Kane and he was extremely helpful and dealt with me in a very professional way.
Kane was kind, down to earth and treated an old man like me with utmost care and respect.
Kane has been well trained and I wish him all the success with his employers.

Super quick and very helpful assistant- Linda Sanchez.

Very helpful with providing boarding passes . Stuart talked me through the process and sent me all the information promptly. Thank you

Linda was polite and efficient. Thank you.

I got what was 'on the tin' (cheap and cheerful) They did the job well; the choice of hotel was ideal, and I enjoyed my vacation.

Booking through Super Escapes Travel, I found providing information and clarity of instructions, challenging. There was a lot of repetition to clarify spellings and dates because of the accent. But if you are looking for a service that (in my experience), gets the job done, then they come recommended.

1st october Dania was very helpfull and resolved my issue.

Dania was very helpful and professional and I was very happy with the service she provided
Thank you

Eva was helpful and got my boarding passes emailed to me quickly.
Only reason I am no giving a 5 is not because of Eva it is because of the policies with secret escapes. Not sending boarding passes until 24 hours before the flight with no guarantee those passes could be uploaded electronically. the who checking in etc. was more of a faff than it would have been if I had booked the flights directly with the airline

Spoke to Linda in customer services today who was very helpful and clear in what I need to do next, happy with Super Escapes Travel so far

Stuart was very helpful, courteous and patient, my phone signal is poor so so it was a bit of a fractured conversation. Very prompt follow up emails which is very reassuring.

Roy of Super Escapes very attentive, listen carefully and dealt with my booking accordingly. I would certainly recommend Roy to all my family and friends. Super Escapes is number one for me.

AXECL was very cooperative with my experience, and very knowledgeable with my questions, friendly and easy to talk to.
