The Lancaster branch st nics arcade Superdrug so called management is not fit for purpose and gives this company a bad name take time off frequently when ever it suits them and leaves one member of staff in charge toto everything ,deliveries ,phone calls customer complaints which are many and everything else as their always left on their own, superdrug company should have by now have serious misgivings about this shop and its management, not fit for purpose they seem to just please themselves and the shop they manage is not priority make it money elsewhere IS, NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED TO RUN SUPERDRUG LANCASTER STORE immediately.

Sean at Fishponds, Bristol was absolutely lovely, kind and knowledgeable. I’ll go back for his advice, he helped me choose makeup that is fabulous!

Today I went to Croydon whitgift centre Superdrug .Me and my daughter both have done our ear piercing and we got excellent service from Dordaneh.she have done it very smoothly .she made my 12 years comfortable so she didn’t get scared to do that…..thanks a lot Dordaneh….

Had a spur of the moment ear piercing at the spalding store & Hannah was so lovely. Each time I have visited this store all the staff have been very welcoming & friendly

Have just had my ears pierced by Kayleigh in Whiteley Shopping Centre Superdrug. Very professional, friendly and it was pretty painless. Pleased with outcome , thank you 😀

I made my way over to superdrug in Worcester Park. Not an easy journey as my knee was very painful.

Luckily for me Sarah was working, j explained about my knee and Sarah recommended a cream that would help .I purchased a tube as her recommendations have always been considered and right.

I'm so pleased that I made the journey as I knew that if Sarah was working I would get the help and guidedance I needed .

I had such a positive experience thanks to Kharis. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose a gentle hair colour that would work for my grey hair and my increasingly sensitive scalp. I can’t use semi‑permanent colours anymore due to thinning hair, so her advice made a huge difference.

Went into Rustington store, the girls were very helpful in finding what I needed and the girls were very welcoming and bright.

Went into the Maidstone branch on Week Street to invest into some skin care and new make up. Was not sure what I needed but luckily Jemma and Kaci was on hand to help me secure what was needed. There was no pressure to buy anything and gave me options in price range. Will definitely be going back and recommending them. Both Jemma and Kaci knew what they was talking about and answered all my questions. Thank you again for all your help.

I had such a great experience at Superdrug in Staines thanks to Georgia. She gave me the perfect tips for fake tan and honestly knew her stuff inside out. She was so helpful, friendly, and made me feel completely confident in what I was buying.

Absolute diva energy from her – she really went above and beyond! You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her job. She’s 100% an asset to the team and made my whole visit.

On Friday 20th March, I shopped at Superdrug in Winchester. My aim was to buy some makeup for a coming wedding. I'm an odd ball when it comes to such things as I haven't refreshed my makeup bag for a long long time. Fortunately the shop assistant Mel came to my rescue and gave me some advice and took me to the more affordable range of the extensive, dazzling array of lipsticks and face powders.
Thank you Mel, I would of been over awed if I had not bumped into you. I bought a small selection with the thought going through my mind of 'I wonder how many years, I will be able to use these!'

I visited Superdrug Hanley Store- Pottery shopping centre and had my eyebrows done by Pardeep . I loved the results. I strongly recommend Pardeep for eyebrows shaping.

This was the most horrible experience I ever had in the eyebrow section IN WESTFEILD STRATFORD I was abused not only by the eyebrow lady who after cutting most of the top part my eyebrow off called her male manager ATIF to verbally abuse me for my frustrations Sonia the manger was the only staff member who acted with grace THANKFULLY THE OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME TO HELP AND DEFEND ME, THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

Amy, at the Beccles shop was so helpful and knowledgeable. I asked her where I could find a soap dish and she took me straight to the shelf and gave me one which I said was perfect and thanked her. She then asked if there was anything else I needed, which I did, and again she showed me the choices. Thank you Amy for you kind help and care.

Lovely service from Lala at the Hounslow Superdrug perfume counter. She was very friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience great!
