Terrible customer service. Order delayed as they didn't have stock but they didn't notify me. When I chased it by phone as they ignored by email the previous day they assured me it would arrive the following day. I explained it was for a Birthday gift so needed it to arrive and was told it would be fine as the stock was due in. It didn't arrive and they emailed me with no apology but to offer me an item which was £5 less expensive 'at no extra cost' as an alternative. I raised this with them which they quibbled even though I had a screen grab to prove it. I asked as compensation for poor customer service and missing a Birthday if they could send another item which cost £14 more at 'no extra cost' or refund me for that item and they chose to refund me which is fair enough but still no communication about this, no apology for the delay, lack of notification and missing the birthday. Not to mention selling items which claim to be in stock when they don't have them in stock which feels a bit misleading.

I feel really disappointed by their communication and poor customer service and wouldn't purchase from them again.

Ordered paddle board. Received it then ordered another. Paid then refunded. No explanation called and was told no more stock. Only had one in stock.

AVOID. Appalling Customer Services and ZERO support/ action for product Faults.

Great Product but Faulty - we were missing a vital screw for the paddle and the paddle board carry bag back pack handles ripped off on first use. For a year or so I went back and forward filling out forms and sending images. Customer services said they couldn't see my images clearly despite them being very clear and in focus and sent in every format possible. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to get faults rectified. Their aim clearly is to wear you down until you give up. Life is too short. I give up.

I emailed this company to check that a paddle was in stock. They emailed back to confirm it was, and offered free next day delivery if ordered before 16.30. Placed my order and received the product before 10.30 the next morning. Great service at a very good price. Thank you.

Initial order was delivered next day , great communication when I had a warranty problem , emails answered quickly , problem resolved fast and efficiently.

We ordered a jobe Leona sup and spare leash and despite initial issues with delivery (delayed by 1 day due to DPD issues) I had no problems. Company was responsive by phone and email.

No confirmation received for an order I placed. Order not received to date but money has been taken. No one answers phone calls. No response to messages sent via their website. Is this company legit?

Very quick shipment and excellent customer service, the order took 2 weeks because of custom clearance between UK-EU. I'm satisfied with my purchase

Received item very quickly, unfortunately they sent the wrong item and not what I ordered. As others have commented the phone number provided does not connect, which is a bit worrying, but to be fair they responded to my email quickly, and got the correct item to me 2 days later with a returns label to send back the wrong one with the same courier.

Placed order on 19th July, was told it was delayed by a few weeks and they would be in touch. October now and still nothing. Wish I’d seen the other reviews before I ordered! Avoid

Bought a kayak at a good price I returned the item, I got a refund a little slow, you got to give the guys and girls a chance, could have been more speedy but I got my refund and sales was good. Just be nice it’s been a horrible year for everyone thanks SUP

Fairly terrible service, waited 5/6 weeks for an order and when I asked for a refund they said it was another week or so away and did not refund - had to insist on refund and stupidly made another order for a different item - it did arrive promptly but advertised sizing was completely wrong so had to pay to send it back! Postage to me was £4.95 (for a top in a single envelope) and back to them was £4.20. Waste of money. Will not be back . . .

Absolutely useless waited 5 months for a set of leggings as a present from my partner and after saying numerous times the leggings are on the way they never arrive. Now again different answer offering new version but to pay the full price the cheek off it after being lied to for so long.
Stick to my trusted suppliers in the future I think is best.
