Placed an order 11 days ago.. card was charged on that date… received notice of UPS shipping label created 2 days after order and payment.. as of todays date , 11 days later item has still not been delivered to UPS for shipment. Called customer service after one week of waiting for item to be shipped was told it was a warehouse mixup and u would receive a return call later that day with an update. 2 days passes still no return call and now when I call I get sent straight to voicemail like my calls are being filtered out . No reply at all to numerous emails about this situation.. buyers beware .. I have found that you can order their products from second hand vendors with lower and quicker shipping!

Great Company. Great products. No complaints with this company or my order. My only issue was paying an extra $32 for UPS to have them show up 7 days later. Another order I place with a diff company came all the way from New Jersey in the regular mail for no extra charge in 4 days. This has nothing to do with SunState but I'll save the $32 on the next order.
