Just had Glenn, Andy and Khalid install my Suns Lifestyle pergola. So very pleased with the result - the quality of the product and the installation. It’s an expensive outlay but everything I’ve seen so far confirms that it’s a great investment. Thank you to the Suns Lifestyle installation team - they are great ambassadors for the company.

Thank you to Matthew and Leo who installed my Sorrento Lounge Collection which I purchased at the Ideal Home Exhibition.
They arrived on time, were very polite and professional and made sure they cleared all the rubbish away.
This is the second dealings I have had with Suns Lifestyle with Steve in Sales and two different delivery teams and they have never failed to delivery an excellent service.
I would recommend using Suns Lifestyle.

I cannot fault the service from Suns Lifestyle, from start to finish it was easy and stress free.

Our first contact was at the Ideal Home Show, and the guy we spoke to was really helpful without resorting to any pressure. He gave us great info and we left it that we would measure our patio and see if it was suitable.

Then after we’d measured and looked at options and reviews my wife and I decided to place an order. I spoke to Ryan on the phone to discuss final sizing and screens and make payment. He was helpful and the process was nice and easy.

After that Natasha kept me informed of installation dates, even giving us the option of an earlier install which was convenient.

And finally but by no means last was the installation.
Dan and Kev were excellent, they sent a message on the day advising arrival time and were spot on.
The first thing they did was check and double check location, orientation and placement of screens, they were careful to ensure it was all as we wanted.
Despite it being a gray damp afternoon they worked hard and did a great job erecting the Rota Pergola.
No way I could have done it as easily as they made it look!
Once it was done they showed how to operate screens and louvres and made sure we were happy with everything, and they tidied up well leaving no mess or rubbish.
At the end the icing on the cake was helping me move out patio furniture back into place, excellent customer service.

I cannot fault this company, all staff seemed superb and we love the new Pergola, now we need some nice weather so we can enjoy using it.😀👍

Just had a Maranza pergola installed today and we are delighted. Kieran and Matthew did a brilliant job, which made everything really easy for us - they are obviously skilled experts and took real pride in their work. From placing our order, to completing the installation, things could not have gone smoother. Thank you Suns Lifestyle, and thank you Kieran and Matthew. Definitely recommended!

Dan and Kev were polite, professional and efficient even when they had to deal with a steeper gradient than anticipated for the installation. Would highly recommend.

I have just had a Rota pergola installed by Glenn & Andy and I am very pleased with the finished result. The guys were very helpful, friendly and conscientious and I have been very impressed throughout.

Excellent delivery and installation service from start to finish. Marc and Kieran were courteous and careful and took time explaining every step of the installation process to us, as well as the operation of the louvres and screens and recommendations for maintenance and useage.

The pergola itself looks great- being able to close and open the roof is a huge benefit. We also added the shutters to ours to help with direct sun. The sales team handled the process from start to finish really well. Glenn and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Really impressed all through.

The pergola is very good quality and Christian and Brent worked like a well oiled wheel to assemble it for us. They clearly know what they are doing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite and friendly, and they left the garden tidy. They were cheerful and explained well how it works. We are impressed that everything looks straight, level and sturdy. I could hear the rain water running as promised inside the legs this morning. The blinds are a nice touch for low sun and we like the grooves to stop them flapping about in a breeze. It’s a good product and the whole team we had dealings with are good at their jobs, both in the office and on site. It is like having a new room and we can’t wait for a bit of warm weather. Thank you.

Very Happy and Delighted. We originally ordered our Pergola early 2022 but due to delays caused during the refurbishment of our home had to delay installation a number of times.
When we thought the site was finally ready the office kindly arranged for the installation team at short notice the week before Christmas; they drove over 4 hours to find the site was not quite as ready as we all thought! They couldn't fit but did deliver.

Due to the confusion, Suns kindly agreed to waive any re-visit fee and Glenn and Charlie finally came today to fit.

We are already cooking our first BBQ and intend to use very often. It feels like we have an extension to the home and now have an outdoor kitchen.

A big thank you to Suns for honouring their original price despite us delaying delivery in a high inflation environment and thanks too to Glenn and Charlie for visiting twice at no extra charge.

Glenn and Charlie, were punctual, polite, cheerful, efficient and tidy. They cleared up and took all the packaging and mess.

Just today had a louvred pergola attached to the outside of our lounge. It looks great and was installed quickly and efficiently by Steve and Stuart. Great job done by two very pleasant people.

Great product and is going to transform the usability of our large south facing decking area this summer. Had been looking for a while and this product looks great and is incredibly good value compared with other options we looked at. The back office team couldn’t have been more helpful (I guess if you have such a good product you can be confident in what you are selling!) and the installation team were so friendly, polite and professional - Glen, Charlie and Kieran were clearly happy in their work. We can’t wait to show off our purchase to friends and family and host many events under the pergola this summer. Excellent product,service and communication- I am delighted with my Miranza pergola- good quality build and now a great indoors/ outdoors area!! Christian and Brent who did the installation were great, told me when they would arrive, turned up on time, did a great job, communicated with me throughout ( even though I had to go to work mid installation) to ensure all was in order and we’re tidy and courteous- well done and thanks Sunslife for a great product and excellent service.
