The install team were very punctual and communicated with me throughout the process answering all questions I had and provided me clear options as appropriate. Even though they were unable to seal my pergola against the wall due to the uneven stones, they made sure I got refunded the unused sealing kit and gave me ideas to stop any rain entering. A great experience.

Brilliant service from first contact through to installation. Craig (Scotland installer) was awesome; timeliness, tidiness and manner throughout installation was first class and professionalism personified.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Professional advice to ensure that we purchased the right Pergola. A willingness to adapt installation for a roof terrace (with the additional work that entailed) and Steve and Rowan did the most amazing job installing our Rota today! I never usually write reviews but i have been so impressed with the service, quality and installation of the pergola I purchased! From start to finish, everyone went above and beyond to find me a pergola that fitted against the house. It looks brilliant and I'm thrilled to bits! All the team were friendly and professional and it was fitted within a couple of weeks from ordering - a lot quicker than I expected. Thank you to all involved but particularly Steve, Dan and Rowan for going out of their way to find a solution that worked and installed it quickly and a special thank you to Natasha for her amazing customer service. Installation team (Glenn and Marius) were on time, and did a great job installing the pergola. They were focused and just got on with the job - consulting with me along the way to make sure that everything was just as I wanted it to be. I am so glad that I paid for the installation - it was worth every penny. A pleasure having them here - so conscientious.

We thoroughly researched pergolas and decided upon Suns Lifestyle because of their quality (viewing in their showroom the difference between those in garden centres, etc clearly evident), installation service and positive reviews, and we are very pleased. Steve and Danny did a great job installing, and were friendly and helpful. It looks great - waiting for weather to improve so we can use it :-).

Good advice at time of purchase and very helpful in organising a convenient delivery date. Steve and Rowan turned up on time for the install. They were polite and had good knowledge of the product. They also managed to complete the job despite the storm at the time.

Charlie and Kieran from Sun Lifestyle installed a Maranza Pergola for me today. They did it perfectly and in no time. A very good service!

I had a problem with one of my screens coming out of the runner on the side. I sent the service team an email with a description of my problem. Within 24 hours, they responded with a video instruction of how to fix my issue. Super helpful and very clear instructions. Can't thank them enough.

On a separate note, the investment made in our pergola is probably the best investment we could make. We are the envy of our neighbours as we get to spend the cooler nights still sitting outside enjoying the fresh air. It is almost like an extension to the dining room.

Just had a visit from Brent at Suns Lifestyle. Came to replace a blind that was catching near the top. However all it needed was a bit more force to get it to sit flush. Brent is knowledgable, courteous and highly professional. Although he does support Arsenal!
