Along with mymanychat, and company zenithforge, specialize and fool people into trial, and the charge fully...they use who knows which ways to get you in, in my case I have neved ever used their tools. They are charged me twice under same email, with 2 banks, I requested they end subscription and refund the money.

Users are lured in by a "$1 trial," but once they sign up, hidden recurring charges of approximately $50 are processed immediately or right after the trial ends.Furthermore, they purposefully do not host an app on the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store. They process payment directly through their own web forms (often masked via Apple Pay or web checkouts), meaning you cannot find an app to use, and you cannot cancel it through your phone's standard app subscription settings.
Honestly I am so disgusted by this type of deceptive behaviour I am now having to call Mastercard to dispute it.
Don’t use it, it is a ruse.

It is a scum operation . They are presenting a claude package supposedly and they are mentioning it is cost 1 usd to subscribe for a week unless you cancel within 7 days you will not charged anymore. After you pay 1usd with apple pay youre receiving reoccuring charges of approx 50usd . They are having hiddenly written probably that your paying more but is hidden. Then when you contact customer service they are saying you’ll get refund within 5 days but refund never come. Then you contact again and they are lying that their email while was clear was saying that they are inspecting for refund ajd your refund application failed. Basically they are Dragging you until you get tired ajd loose your hard earned money to a scum operation Sunly ai. Please share to everyone .

MISLED ME FROM THE 1ST INSTANCE .
Why offer $1 dollar access and then when you do lead you by the nose to select a button with no indication that whatever you select will incur ADDITIONAL hidden charges.
What is worse - you have to jump through major hoops and it is simply unacceptable that you have to struggle to communicate and retrieve your hard earned $ and in South Africa - it is felt worse - due to the 1:17 exchange rate.

Like others, got charged 49.99 even after cancellation within trial period -in effect same day ! Buyer beware. Cannot be trusted.stay away !

Yes this is a scam ,they debited 49$ from my card without my permission even after I stop my subscription. You will not be able to remove your card details from their site.STAY AWAY.

I signed up for Zenith Forge’s one-week trial for US$7 and cancelled the very next day because I didn’t want to continue the subscription.

After cancelling, I received an email offering me a discounted rate to stay subscribed. I replied to that email and clearly stated that I still wanted to cancel and did not wish to continue.

Despite that, a week later my credit card was charged an additional US$49. When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund the charge, claiming it was permitted under their terms and conditions, even though I had already cancelled and confirmed that I did not want to continue.

After researching other customers’ experiences, I found numerous reviews from people describing very similar situations. Many say they cancelled but were still charged and then refused refunds. Reading those reviews made me feel that my experience was not an isolated incident.

As a result, I have disputed the transaction with my credit card provider and requested a chargeback because I do not believe I should have been charged after cancelling.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zenith Forge. I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing up to read the subscription terms very carefully, keep copies of all cancellation requests and emails, and monitor their bank statements closely.

I clicked an Instagram advertisement for what appeared to be a $6.99 offer and intended to purchase only that. I only recall authorizing that purchase. Afterward, I discovered additional charges of $19.99 and $24.99 that I did not knowingly intend to purchase. I contacted customer support immediately to explain the situation and request a refund, but they refused. They told me the extra products had been selected during checkout and that all charges were final. My subscriptions have since been canceled, but I was not refunded. Based on my experience, I recommend reading the checkout page very carefully before purchasing and reviewing every item before confirming payment.

I think the owner is savva zendesk. As they reply to my emails. I bought two weeks trying period on its way next page misclicked a product and it charged me without directing me to new page to accept another charge. I sent them email after few seconds. They don’t accept to refund. They scammed me they scam you. Becareful.
