After being let down with our EV charger installation, we were provided with the details for Sun Key Energy. We are so grateful to have been put in touch with Keighley and Sonny. From start to finish the communication has been top notch with responses received within the hour or sooner. Sonny paid us a visit the morning after enquiring about a quotation, and Keighley was quick to email us our very reasonable quote breakdown not long after this, ensuring that we had all of our options very clearly detailed so that we could make the right choice in product. The work was booked in and Sonny turned up on time as he said he would. Sonny listens to what you want and tries his best to accommodate this. He is extremely neat and takes pride in his work. He showed me how the product worked and made sure everything was linked up with the app. The aftercare has also been A+. The customer service recieved from both Keighley and Sonny has been far beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to come back to you in the future, thank you!

Sonny did two pieces of work for me - firstly, he installed an EV charger, and after impressing me with the tidiness of the install and quality of service, I asked him to come back to do a solar and battery install.

He was flexible, communicative, tidy, and reliable, and all elements of the system work perfectly. He was able to answer any question I had about why he'd selected elements of the system, and pushed back where he thought I'd not get the benefit from additional expense. I'm a Chartered engineer, with a long background in energy, and his competence and honesty was appreciated.

He also provided all paperwork required promptly by email. Only slightly gripe, and it was very slight, was that the scaffolding was a little slow to come down, but this was subcontracted. Thanks!
