We ordered sunglasses for a wedding and the people at Sunglassville were not only extremely helpful in helping us decide what sunglasses to choose but they also were great during the printing process. They notified us when they thought the design we chose would not print properly and they patiently did six different proofs for us until we designed one we loved. The sunglasses arrived in less than a week and we absolutely love them.

This was super simple. The only qualm I had was receiving multiple proofs without any conversation in return. I felt like someone should be respknding verbally to my feedback rather than just continually sending me new proofs. It took 3 or 4 times for my proof to come back right but everything else went swimmingly. Oh and you're very clever for sending this survey AFTER the date printed on my order! Genius!

I ordered about 200 sunglasses for a wedding. They imprinted our names on the sunglasses and were careful to ensure they did everything correctly. No issues with payment or delivery and the sunglasses appear to be the quality I expected.

We bought pink and black sunglasses emblazoned with Nevis Pig Races on one side. Customer service was great, they were delivered on time and were a tremendous hit with the crowd. We will definitely be coming back for more next year.

Once I sent in the logo I needed on the sunglasses, the associates got back to me with multiple proofs until it looked exactly like I needed it to. I received the shipment in less than 2 business days. The quality was great and everyone loved the sunglasses. It served the purpose I needed to promote my business at an event and still see people wearing them to this day.

We ordered the sunglasses for the kids in our Vacation Bible School this year and they loved them! The theme was from LifeWay's D-3 curriculum and the look fit in very well with the undercover detective theme. I am sure the kids will keep on using them during the summer months.

We found sunglassville online when searching for glasses for our first ever color run. We chose a couple of samples and from there made a decision about what to order. The process was extremely simple. THEN, our color run EXPLODED with participants, and we needed MORE glasses! We called, and our second order arrived just in time. The product was great quality. However, the customer service was inflexible at best, and completely not interested in my timetable at worst. I will buy from Sunglassville again, but I hope that the customer service is 100% better because it will be my last purchase.

We had sunglasses made up as wedding favors- loved the product and so did our guests.

When I received my order it was completely not what I expected. I ordered sunglasses that appeared to be neon yellow per the website photo, the name of the product (the word neon was actually in the title), and the proof sent to me. The actual color was mustard yellow. I spoke with customer service and was informed that there was NOTHING they could do to help me fix this besides me making another order for a different color. These glasses were for my wedding and neon yellow had sentimental meaning. I was so sad, frustrated, and extremely disappointed. After reaching out to management multiple times I got absolutely nowhere and ended up having to order new sunglasses through a completely different vendor...which might I add were better quality, color was perfect, and the customer service I received was AWESOME!

We waited until the last minute to order these and they were able to produce 250 sunglasses in a couple days and have them to us in a week. It was great and the sunglasses were awesome. That were a really fun favor to have and I'm so glad we went with sunglassville!
