I wish I had looked up more online initially but the actual product is trash. Looks nice online, comes from China is just mass produced garbage. Save your money.

My friends both loved their Sunflower lamps! Great gift ideas. The lamp looks really pleasant as an accent during the day and the lights hide well. They told me the light warm glow is comforting at night as well.

E niente, la risposta dell'azienda Sunflower Jewels è "non è nella nostra policy aziendale" e il blocco/segnalazione della mia mail come spam, che tradotto è te la prendi in quel posto.
Azienda pessima, merce mediocre, servizio clienti inesistente e strafottente: al mio avvocato piacerà tantissimo.

Purchased the sunflower lamp and necklace that says "you are my sunshine" that sits within a silver sunflower. Picked them both up as my partner loves the flowers and silver jewellery.

The lamp looks great online due to their photography, in person its cheap, plastic and part of it appears to be made of what I can only imagine was a recycled pool noodle. Its fairy lights surrounding cheap plastic flowers which came all bent out of shape as it was poorly packaged and likely squashed repeatedly in transit.

The necklace isnt even close to as advertised. It doesn't close, the 3 pieces its made up of (2 outside sections designed to close around the message in the middle) dont align and never will. It would not and will never sit on someone's neck the way its advertised.

Both products youd expect to find in the 2 dollar bin at a local market or swap meet and youd still want to haggle. The quality is absolutely abysmal do not purchase from this company. They do not offer refunds (illegal in australia) which is something i suggest anyone displeased follow up with the ACCC.

The sunflower light is an absolute piece of trash . Its so cheaply made. The zero returns policy is obviously because of the poor quality of goods that are being expertly photographed and presented online. That people are buying these products for gifts is terrible, the people behind this company know that if these items were on a shelf in a shop, no one would buy it at the price advertised.

My boyfriend bought me an ankle bracelet on valentines day, it said 12-14 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping. It is now april 9th and I still haven't recieved my item and they aren't emailing me back with an update nearly 2 months after I ordered so now I have to dispute the charges with my card company. Terrible customer service and the website is very misleading on the amount of time it will actually take to recieve the item if you ever recieve it at all. I wouldnt recommend them.

Absolutely love this. bought it for a friend for Christmas and was honestly a little worried about quality, given the cheap price. but the quality is fantastic! bracelet itself fits well and adjusts easy, the words are clear as day on the charm and over all amazing. definitely recommend!

ordered on 12/18/21. got a tracking number. the item is "sitting" on China. no movement for over a month. I'll have no use for the items I ordered by the time they get here, IF they even get here. this is horrible. I hope someone responds to me and either sends my items or gives me a refund. wish folks would stop cheating people out of their hard earned money.

I placed an order on 12/2. A little more than a week later, I received a tracking number for the package. It's been sitting in China since 12/15 and hasn't moved. USPS created a label the same day, but has not received it yet. Multiple emails have been sent from me and have been ignored. I've sent messages to their Facebook page and got the same results. I recommend to everyone not to do business with Sunflower Jewels. It's a total scam and it looks like I'm out $45 I spent. Karma will catch up with these people

I placed an order on November 14 and its December 29th they refuse to email back and get this resolved DO NOT BUY ANYTHING and they blame the postal service when I've ordered things from others sites and gotten them on time without a problem totally scam and now I have a pissed off child without there gifts they wanted

My experience has been the same as many other reviews have claimed. Nearly a month after ordering and still my order has not shipped, nor have I gotten any indication that it will ever ship. I’ve emailed the support address looking to get any kind of an update and after nearly a week have gotten no response whatsoever. Would not recommend buying from this company.

I order one thing on Nov. 16th & they still have not sent out my order. I have been I'm communication with them but no reason why it has not been shipped.

My ring has not even shipped yet and I ordered it June 9th. I have contacted them but no one will respond. I just really hope they aren’t going to ignore me.

I got the wrong size and no way to get the right one. Never ordering from here again. I’m a 9 and I got a 5. It got stuck on my pinky when I even tried.

Ordered my items but they didn’t come til almost 30 days later: it’s ridiculous. Got the first part of my order on the 12th but the other part that I ordered at the exact same time didn’t come til the 29th.

I ordered a ring march 8 and it is now March 26 my ring was supposed to come the 22 I'm not trying to be rude but like come on this is the reason why your rating are so low

I ordered the film roll key chain on the 11th of February. The email I was sent said it takes 10-20 business days for production and shipping. I’ve sent several emails asking for an update on my order, and I’ve received no response. I’m really starting to feel like I’m not going to get what I paid for, and they could care less that I spent $30. Which, for me, is a lot of money. I wouldn’t recommend this company that obviously has no interest in customer service.

This was the perfect valentines gift. My boyfriend had no idea what it was going to be lol. He has it attached to one of his bags that he takes everywhere

Definitely loved the product but the shipping was a bit of a mess. I couldn't track it till it was delivered. But all and all, I loved it.
