After delays with other local companies when I was trying to get my inverter replaced, I discovered Sunergy Renewables and got a very prompt response and competitive quote. James was good on communication and Jason was polite and diligent in fitting the new inverter. Unfortunately the first inverter failed but it was very promptly replaced, the whole process being completed within about two weeks of getting the initial quote.

I spent ages trying to find a company who could give me a quote for what I actually wanted and I contacted several. After weeks of sitting in my front room talking to salesman I gave up. Just by chance I saw an add on Facebook for Sunergy and I decided to message them at midnight on one Saturday evening. I'm so please I did this as James actually messaged me back straight away and provided me with a quote the very next day. A couple of phone calls later I took the plunge and ordered a replacement inverter as mine was failing and an AC coupled 17.4Kwh battery storage system. The team did a really great job of installing and setting this up. They did a good clean installation in my home, I am really happy with everything. Spending a lot of money with someone you dont know would make anyone nervous but these guys were great. Thanks so much.

Amazing company!!!!!! I have to admit, I get very anxious when it comes to spending large amounts of Money and after lots of research I had been visited by 4 different companies, non of which for various reason gave me the confidence to proceed with my installation. Then came a phone call from James, after 10 mins on the phone I knew he would be taking my business, James has a professional yet very calming persona, I wanted a 17kw battery system fitting to an existing solar system, I even had him change my inverter on the old system so everything could talk to each other and be monitored as I wanted. He answered every phone call and even spoke a lot over whatsapp. The installation was carried out by 2 fantastic Engineers, Jordan and Raki the latter being really friendly and chatty. They were very clean and tidy and left me feeling really confident about their workmanship. On completion they showed me through the system and other than a small problem with a wireless dongle everything worked seamlessly, James order a new dongle and it was up and running in less than 3 working days. All I can add to this is that if you are thinking about solar and batteries and you have spoke to this company already I wouldn't bother wasting my time with others, you have already gone to the right place.

We had a 12KwH SolaX retrofit battery installation end of Sep 2022. James and Mason from Sunenergy were extremely helpful. There was no pushy sales talk and we were treated with patience and felt at ease with installation. I would recommend this company because their pre and post sales customer service was great as was their knowledge and honesty. I would buy again from this company and I rate them one of the best installers of solar energy renewables.

Sunergy have recently installed our batteries, very knowledgeable, kept me updated, arrived on time and left a very tidy installation. Highly recommended.

Just added batteries to our solar system ( 9 kw ) good advice and no pushy sales calls after the first quote. On the day of installation the two guys came out and did a tidy job, answering any questions I had at the time. I have had a few calls to James since the install asking a few questions and he has talked me through them with much patience!! In the future when we need to upgrade they will definitely be my first call.

We’ve just had 3 batteries and an EPS added to our existing solar panel system by Sunergy Renewables. James was very patient and helpful with us whilst we decided exactly what we needed with his guidance, he is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He gave us numerous options.
The installation with Mason was very smooth and quick! And all tidied up afterwards.

Very happy with the sales and service support from Sunergy. I ordered batteries to add to my solar PV system and Sunergy were the only company I could find that had stocks due to supply issues. James was really helpful and supportive throughout the process, providing guides of how to set up the monitoring app and answering questions. The installation team of Neil and Luke were polite, helpful and tidied up after themselves. All in all an excellent experience and if you’re looking for advice about buying solar and battery systems these are the people to go to.

Straight forward consultation. All questions answered. Local company with good reputation with great product behind them. Very helpful and good knowledge of the product. We chose Sunergy Renewables to supply battery storage for our 2010 PV array in late June 2022. James provided us with all the information we needed both quickly and without any form of pressured selling techniques. James explained that getting the correct kit was a problem, and by the end of July he was able to confirm that the two Solax batteries and the inverter would be available at the end of August, with installation expected in early September. The kit arrived on the 31st August, and the installation happened on the 1st September. The work was done quickly, with no fuss and no mess. We cannot find any fault in the way this business was conducted. James and his team are real professionals, people that non-technical folk such as us can really rely upon.

James has guided through the purchase and installation of batteries for our solar panels. Despite their being delays in delivery of the batteries due to the world wide shortage James kept us informed throughout the process.
Despite an initial problem with the installation James quickly sorted it out for us.

I asked Sunenergy to replace my faulty solar inverter. I'd tried several companies, some didn't want to help me, some couldn't due to supply issues.
Sunenergy said the inverter would be in stock the following week, and arranged to install it that same week. The chap who did the work was tidy, polite and cheerful. No hesitation in recommending the company.

Sunny Renewables have today supplied and installed a SolaX inverter. I had a very good quote and dealing with them was prompt and straight forward. I consider this company worthy of my 5 star review. Very pleased with the service and all working fine.

Having installed a 3.5 kWh solar panel system ten years ago, I wanted to upgrade & store the excess PV solar panel generation, rather than export it to the grid by installing a solar battery storage system in readiness for the huge energy increases expected this year.
I contacted Solax Inverters , who recommended SUNENERGY RENEWABLES to me. I contacted James in the office, explained my requirements & got a quotation, without any marketing or sales patter, to install just ONE solaX solar 5.6kWh battery system & after it was installed neatly & professionally by Mason, the immediate kWh savings, in full sunlight, was so impressive, that I emailed james & ordered another 5.6 kWh battery. This has now been fitted expertly by Mason.

Having now monitored the system, post install, for a few weeks, I am pleased to report that my electricity consumption in my 1960’s 4 x bedded property, has been reduced from approximately 10 kWh per day (without solar panels & solar batteries) to zero, this obviously depends in the running efficiency of my solar panels.

I found the sales & install experience professional, friendly & courteous, with no pushy sales talk involved at all. I have therefore no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of upgrading their existing solar panel system, or just adding a battery system.

I have just completed my purchase and fit of a SOLAX POWER storage battery to complement my solar panels and recent purchase of my first EV. With the ever rising prices of electricity it now makes even more sense to be electricity neutral. SUNERGY RENEWABLES were recommended to me and I am well pleased with the whole buying and fixing experience. Back at the office, James and the team kept me in the picture and two very polite and jolly chaps, Neil and John came to fit, overcame some tiny problems with my timber framed garage wall and left it clean and tidy.

I found Sunenergy renewables on the web and liked the look of the products they were selling. They seemed to compare very well with other companies. Although more expensive their warranty and claimed longevity were much better. I spoke to James on the phone. There was no attempt to sell me anything. He answered my questions very clearly and at no time made any unsubstantiated claims for possible financial returns. We agreed to proceed and the process was seamless. No deposit required, batteries delivered the day before fitting, fitting was efficient with no mess. App set up which works fine. Since fitting on 5th May I haven't paid for any electricity despite many overcast days. All in I would highly recommend Sun Energy Renewables.

I chose this company because of their reviews, i was not disappointed. Even though a number of unforseen events prevented the work being done when initially planned, and that i am at least 90 minutes from their usual area,they persevered when it would have been easier for them pull out of the job. The work was done quickly and efficiently, the price very competitive.

Would very much recommend Sunergy Renewables. I have had a battery fitted to my existing solar panels and the advice and service were excellent. After dealing with other companies who were very pushy, insisting they had the best price but I had to sign today it was great to have no pressure from James. He professionally explained the process and gave a very competitive, no strings attached quote. Sunergy came and fitted the battery at the time they said they would and took time to be sure it was working and explained the app and how it all worked. Within minutes we were were converting sunlight to stored energy and immediately saving money.

From first contact with this company all the way through the decision making process my questions were answered fully, without hesitation and in easy to understand clear language. The installation was carried out on the date given once the order was made. The installation was not rushed in any way and the system connected to my power supply first time it was switched on. The site was left in a clean condition. A first class installation.

Very helpful and informative firm. Fast and efficient. We're now reaping the benefits of using all the electricity we generate, following the installation of two batteries to our existing pv system.
