Sunbit is currently holding a refund that belongs to me and they starting to blame other Merchants and come up with excuses why they haven't refunded my money. I have fought this problem since 2/28/26, I am still waiting.

Didn’t think I would have gotten…
Didn’t think I would have gotten approved to help me with the repairs on my, but I did. Sunbit is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Low monthly payments, give you plenty of time to pay off your loan. Outstanding customer service. I actually paid my loan off several months in advance. Highly recommend if your dealership finances vehicle repairs with them. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I do not recommend getting this card. They have the worst customer service. When you call, they don't fix the issue; they keep transferring you to a different person. They block the card for no particular reason, which they couldn't explain why, resulting in very bad service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am very disappointed with this company and I advise people not to use Sunbit, we were approved for the loan for some dental work but canceled the appointment and the loan because we decided to go elsewhere, However Sunbit decided to take our money anyway which is theft and fraud! We have been trying to get in touch with Sunbit and the dentist office yet no one will contact us! I will be warning everyone against using Sunbit and West Wind Dental!
