My son’s bracelet was beautiful and…

My son’s bracelet was beautiful and brought him to tears. He had such a hard time getting through middle school, and this really meant so much to him. He rarely takes it off. Unfortunately it broke and he was heartbreaking, but the company is helping us to replace it and he should have it back on in no time.

Wonderful service and a beautifully received gift.

The folks at Summoraft were incredibly kind and helpful after my order had been ripped out of the packaging on my porch. Once the new one arrived, I immediately gave it to my son who was very moved by the message and the personalization. He's gone through a lot in the past few years and had a hard time talking about it. He instantly put the bracelet on and gave me a hug. I know he doesn't always want to hear me, but I hope this message of love will stay with him through the dark times.

Don’t Pass this up

It is a long story, but I am so glad I did not cancel the bracelets that were ordered in error The bracelet is amazing but even more importantly is your customer service as they put up with a cranky person with utmost respect and professionalism

I purchased this bracelet for my son…

I purchased this bracelet for my son who has had a tremendously difficult year and needed not just the message but the constant reminder that he is seen and loved and supported. Within a month the bracelet fell apart but I got in touch with their customer service and was offered a fair replacement option. This product is unique in that its target audience is intended for young boys and men who need the reminder that despite the pressures of society their emotions are real and need to be recognized and acknowledged. It’s not just a product it’s a strong message that can positively influence someone who is struggling to know they aren’t alone

Customers need more customer service people like these.

I ordered an engraved bracelet for my son. As soon as I hit the order button I realized the engraving I put wasn’t what o actually. I comtacted the company snd asked if I could make a correction on the engraving. They said yes without hesitation. But when I received the bracelet, the engraving change I requested had not been changed. I contacted the company and they offered me a refund on the engraving. I said no I was hoping to get the engraving changed. They agreed and changed the engraving. Additionally I commented that the bracelet was actually too small and could I change it to a larger one. Again, without hesitation, they asked what size I needed. I told them and they made the bracelet in a larger. You don’t find customer service like this any more. It renewed my faith in humanity somewhat. Thank you so much for your customer service and keeping me in the loop with the status of my order.

First class shopping experience.

The customer service offered by this company is second to none. When my purchase arrived there was an issue with it. I contacted the support team who responded almost immediately. A very satisfying resolution was quickly reached. I was surprised and truly delighted.
Also, my purchase is of excellent quality and is as advertised.
Shopping with this company has been a first class experience.

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was very responsive to provide follow-up instructions and video on how to open the bracelet. When I pointed out a defect, they also quickly ordered a replacement! Excellent customer care!!

Don't do it!!! Sucky Customer Service and Quality

Don't do it!!!! Terrible cu service and I still think something was added to my cart that I never selected. I don't even have a daughter and if I did, I wouldn't have selected the design they added. The day I ordered I noticed the additional item in my cart and contacted them straight away to have them remove it. They said they were looking into it. Delivery: The bracelet I ordered and the one I requested be removed arrive. I contact them immediately. They respond they are looking into it and conveniently burn through the return period and just keep responding back with canned responses. Your cart said this, your bill said this, you were charged this, no refund. Customer service is just as sketchy. They respond but it's as if they never even read what the complaint is or the detail of the issue. Terrible. The quality is also bad. The message is barely glued into the box and I cannot imagine giving the one I did order to my son. Let alone the one I didn't order to a friend for their daughter. That one is the Most cheap looking.

I ordered the Engraved Tiger Eye Son…

I ordered the Engraved Tiger Eye Son Bracelet after seeing several styles of these for a couple of years and loved this message and bracelet. I ordered the normal based on it noted as most used (he’s not a large size usually gets a size medium in clothes). I chose not to engrave it. Unfortunately it’s too big. I thought there would be no issues exchanging it even if I had to pay the return shipping. Unfortunately the Summoraft Support Team was not willing to exchange or accommodate my request at all. I requested several times that they reconsider based on the easy refund exchange policy and 30 day guarantee they advertise. They claim this was custom sized for my son therefore does not apply and cannot do anything to help. I am not a complainer, I typically do not post negative reviews and prefer to post positive experiences to give the credit deserved. However, I am so upset over this experience and cannot believe a company selling products that deliver emotional messages is so unwilling to exchange.

Brayton's graduation gift

The first one came apart and they did replace it really fast. I gifted it to my grandson at his graduation and boy did it make him cry for sure. He gave me a bone crushed hug. It is gorgeous. Thank you

My son loves the bracelet

My son loves the bracelet. Immediately put it on and wears it daily. It means just as much to his mom and me seeing him wear it knowing the message it carries from us. Great product snd excellent customer service.

A lovely geniuine and proffessional company to buy from.

We were not contacted prior to this review regarding any issue with opening the bracelet or concerns about the product.

The bracelet uses a magnetic clasp system, and the clasp must be pulled straight apart to fully open and extend the bracelet. Customers sometimes initially believe the bracelet cannot open properly until the clasp mechanism is separated correctly.

Your bracelet was also purchased directly from our official store and includes our own branded packaging, customer support, fulfillment process, and quality-controlled production workflow. We cannot comment on unrelated third-party marketplace listings.

Wrong Size, No refund but only for me

The bracelet was beautiful. After reading other reviews, I feel I was mislead twice. There is no engraving or opportunity to engrave when purchased. It was too small for my son’s wrist and they refused to refund. It has not been worn and they don’t make big enough for his wrist but argued the size is no reason for refund. I can’t do anything with it and they will not refund. I let them know immediately and even got size of my son’s wrist as asked. There is no customization or personalization. The size “big” was one of their options. I will not be shopping it again. They broke their policy as stated to me.
