The lodging and other building facilities were great! Clean, well kept, roomy, and everything in the room worked as it should. This was an offseason stay, and I would love to come back when the snow starts flying.

My only other feedback would be about the room and parking key cards. The fact that I need separate keys for the room and parking is an inconvenience. More concerning was that I received 2 of each key type and one of each type didn't work.

We've been using Summit Cove for years – easy booking and they always take care of us if we ever have problems with our accommodations.

My entire experience with Summit Cove Lodging was top notch. The check in was easy. The condo was perfect. Very clean, easy to get to and central to so many things. We plan on coming back to the area and we will book through Summit Cove again

We are from texas , we were not informed of the unusually warm weather there. The room was horribly hot . We were given upon request 2 tiny fans . We were trying to make best of it . There was absolutly nothing to do there for senior citizens . Then We were called back to texas for a family medical emergency and not offered any refund . I certainly will not refer any one to summit cove for vacation anytime

Wonderful value, gorgeous setting. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Would stay again!

We Truly Love staying in Keystone River Run Resort in the Summer ! The resort is nice and not over crowded. Our kids love hanging out and the bike paths are awesome ! We’ll be back again next July !

Very comfortable 2 BR unit. The unit was well maintained and the view was terrific of the entire ski area.

We liked the location and general layout of the condo. What we did not like were (1) it was terribly hot in the rooms during the day without air conditioning. More fans or water coolers might help, as well as instructions at check-in about them, (2) billiards equipment in common area was often not available, limited number of cues, lack of adequate cue chalk, and no powder, (3) living room furniture and dining room chairs were very uncomfortable; recliner was broken, and (4) TV and cable were not wired and working at check-in requiring maintenance to fix quickly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Family friendly for all ages.

Super easy to book and everything was done on-line. We got to the Condo a little early and had trouble accessing the garage, but worked it out quickly. Keystone is a terrific resort with the town of Dillon close with lots of stuff to do. I'd definitely book with SummitCove again.

I got a phone call the night before our check in stating that the room we were supposed to stay in was on a floor that they were carpeting the hallway in and that they needed to change our room. We had looked at many rooms and purposely chose the one we did because it was right next to the wedding venue. We complied and they gave us two options of rooms. I still believe that the room we ended up staying in wasn't as nice as the original one we had picket out. When we got to the new room, the furniture was up on top of the counter and the couch as it looked like they had just cleaned the carpets. I put the furniture back where it was supposed to go. Later that night and all the following day, my wife's asthma started to flare up. When she left the room, it seemed to get better. We suspect that because of the newly cleaned carpet, that it was possible that spores from the ground may have been in the air. It caused for a rough stay overall. I did decide to call in the next week to let someone know about our experience, and I just got an apology and they called to the cleaning staff to let them know about the furniture being left on top of the counter tops and couch. I would have thought that maybe from the beginning when they had to switch where we were staying that they would have offered us a discount on our stay or possibly a free night for next time. I could have gone better.

I have always had great luck with Summit Cove Lodging. The pictures of the condos are always exactly what you get.

I am EXTREMELY Disappointed with my stay. It's a nice place, but the WiFi didn't work the entire time. Every time I contacted someone they would tell me to reset it, but it wouldn't work every time. Nothing was done about it.
Also, they told us that the shops and restaurants within summit cove would be open- but they weren't!
Not too happy with broken promises and the unwillingness to help. No apologies or anything.
One time our keys didn't work to get in and since no one is at the front of each place, we had to wait for someone to let us in the building which was annoying. Least of my worries, though.

We booked through SummitCove lodging twice, October 2017 & October 2019. Both experiences were awesome!! We are planning to come back in March 2021 & will definitely book through them again. I had tons of questions, some not even lodging related and they still took the time to help me and give advice. Thanks for the great experiences!!

The outside stairs, of which there were many, did not get shoveled for 2 days. The heating system is complex with multiple thermostats and a combination system - there should be some instructions. Same for TV use. Where are you supposed to take the trash? The door combo only locks if you pull the door tight - that also needS some instruction that you have to enter combo to lock. It was a very nice condo but some key info missing....

Easy to book online. Chat option available when booking to answer questions one might have before booking. Slight discount for returning customers. Let you know when the particular unit is ready if before the normal check in time. Take care of problems if they occur quickly. Pictures of condo, etc. pretty accurate. Friendly upon check in. Rapid check out option available.
