Great quality product with a great fit
Great quality product with a great fit. Looking forward to seeing the next new ranges some more t-shirts would be great to go with my jeans and trainers from you guys. Have over 10 pairs of jeans now and all wear really great! Wouldn't buy anywhere else and super fast delivery too!

Nothing negative to say. Bought some trousers though dubious about the fit & fabric, I’ve not had this type of trouser before and wanted an alternative to traditional trousers or jeans. Have to say the fit is good and the material better than anticipated. Yep, I will be buying more!

Return policy with no refunds
If you buy any items on sale they are not returnable. It means you end up with a gift voucher.
They will say that is in the terms and conditions and you should read. They are there but well hidden so it’s hard to find.
That’s their excuse for a very sneaky sales practice.
Watch out also for. 14 days only return.

In this particular case, the items were purchased with a discount of 82% and were returned outside of our stated returns period. Our returns policy, including the terms relating to heavily discounted items and return timeframes, is displayed on our website and during the checkout process.
While we appreciate that not every customer will agree with our policy, we aim to be as transparent as possible before purchase. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments and will continue to review customer feedback as we work to improve our service.

Awful service and returns policy
As per many other reviews, the returns policy on bundled items tries to tie you into a gift card only.
They automatically issued a gift card which I do not want. I’ve asked for a refund and they have refused. They’re now ignoring my emails.
The company will not last long with this poor business model.
Luckily I bought on credit card and returned them in 14 days, so I have a right to refund despite their t&cs under consumer contract regulations for distance sales.
I’ve given them 7 days to refund and if they don’t, I’ll be issuing a s75 claim through my credit card provider.

As with a number of 1 star reviews on here, I'm disappointed that it's the terms and conditions that I was caught out by. I know if Sulfit do respond to this review it'll be that 'it clearly states in our refund policy......,' and 'already discounted items aren't subject to returns...' Blah, blah!
Well, I'm pretty sure most people would expect there would be decent returns policy that doesn't lock you in to having to spend the gift card with them, when the last thing you want to do is continue the relationship with them

Our returns policy is displayed throughout the website and at checkout, and while we appreciate it won't suit every customer, it allows us to continue offering significant savings across our collections. As stated in our policy, orders purchased with discounts of 25% or more are eligible for a gift card or exchange rather than a refund.

Waist size labels don’t match the actual waist size.
Poor service bought three pairs of Jeans which all came in different sizes. Yes i had worn the Jeans to check the fit and taken off the labels. Reached out to support team and shipped back to Sulfit, only to be advised they were the correct size despite sending a photo with all three jeans clearly showing they are not. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

After reviewing the returned items, we found that the jeans had been worn and the tags had been removed. As outlined in our returns policy, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been worn and are no longer in their original condition.
