SCAM ARTISTS-Returned 2 outfits in April 2025. We are now in June no refund is given. I have tried the email address and that's a bogus email. The phone number is bogus too. Have trIed watsapp and no reply after sending message after message. SCAM COMPANY- DO NOT ORDER.

Recently got my order. All the products are of good value the delivery is on time, my first order with suits me will order again and again. … the customer care is a little slow but the product quality as compared to the price is high…

If i could give no stars i would. Will go forward with suing thier company through ombudsman my brother in law will help me as he knows everything by being in law sector and will get my money back through ombudsman too so please try that. They are a con dont pick up and dont communicate bloody timewasters gave them enough chances theyve pissed me off now so will be going through the procedure they never sent me my two suits i paid for which they said bounced back to them she asked if id like it returned to me i said no give me a refund havent got back to me since.plain idiots! Please complain to omnudsman you will recieve your money and upto 3 complaimts they will shut their business down.money eaters

Suits looked amazing online and the colours I needed. Ordered and communication was great. Then it wasn’t order never arrived! They ignore every message sent. Contacting bank for refund and trading standards

Company offered me 3 suits at discount, paid and only 2 arrived. Wanted a refund and sent them back only no one was in to accept the parcel so that's still with royal mail. They wont pick this up so I will be out of pocket, havent refunded me for the 3rd suit that didnt show up. Said verifying details from depts when requested and info. Not forthcoming with solutions or resolutions to problems. Waste of my money and time dont bother ordering from them.

My order never showed up and i contacted Suitsme via live chat and they told me to wait 24 hours tracking request sent to warehouse department and will send me tracking details.. 2 days later no tracking sent to me so i contacted via live chat again and they said wait 7-8 hours for tracking update as they have sent request to warehouse department.Next day no tracking details so i tried calling the number in their website.. the phone number cuts off so i tried emailing them on the email on their website.. not a valid email address so i tried their whattsapp number which is on their website, Again this does not work never a response. I went back to the live chat for the 4th time and Asif (the same name that always chats to me on live chat) said the same things over and over. I do not believe this is a genuine company. I asked for a refund and he replied i have sent request to warehouse department. I said how long can i expect to wait for a refund to be issued and he said the same- request sent to warehouse department.! Terrible looks like i will have to now contact my bank and report as fraudulent company.

I ordered 2 suits only received 1.
The suit i received was such bad quality all the beads were falling off whilst taking it out of packaging.
When I got in touch with them they said they would refund me for missing suit and give partial refund on the other one.
Been 4 months now I've been waiting for a refund.
I've lost count how many times I've been in touch with them.
Same response every time.... we are generating an enquiry. Completely ridiculous

Orderd some suits recently and loved them. Elegant suit designs and beautiful fitting. I have had a great experience with suitsme recently the clothing is to my liking and I am definitely buying some more soon. I really recommend you try their website and see the variety they offer. Nice stuff available. Jewellery is also available i have bought some good pieces

Never experienced such poor customer service. Faulty items, missing item which was paid for and not refunded, taking payment for postage when orders over £100 should have free postage, lack of correspondence, lack of acknowledgement of returns, lack of communication regarding refunding a large order total. Failure to take calls, respond to messages and instil trust in the customer. Really disappointing experience unfortunately. Whilst I liked the designs of the outfits, I have been put off ever ordering from there again or recommending them to anyone.

Terrible quality of clothes so stopped ordering, however also signed me up to a newsletter and wont let me unsubscribe. Continuous spam emails with no links to unsubscribe.
Save the hassle, don't give these guys your money or contact details.

The product's quality is really good. Normally dresses looks fantastic on the website adverts, however I received all the item same as seen in advert. Very pleased with quality of dresses. Also seller communicated very well on WhatsApp and provided updates for the delivery. Only need to improve on their contact number, as that number is always unattended with recorded messages. Overall experience is 100%. People should buy from suitesmeonline rather than going to the shop and pay the triple cost. Suitesmeonline has all the suites and dresses with reasonable price.

Another scam company takes money and doesn't dispatch goods avoid at all costs they never reply to messages etc.
