J’utilise SuisseBase principalement depuis mon téléphone et je suis vraiment satisfait de l’expérience globale. Leur site n'est pas sécurisé et ils touchent de grandes sommes d'argent de part les transactions faites à travers leur plateforme sans vérification profonde du virement qui est effectué. J'ai perdu près de 240'000 eur pour leur avoir fait confiance.

Dépôt bloqué depuis septembre 24 pour vérification des fonds ????
Je demande la fermeture du compte qui est effectué après versement de 50 euros mais plus personne ne répond à mes multiples mail pour la récupération de mes fonds.

A la suite de mon précédent avis, je finis par avoir un peu d'interaction avec des réponses adaptées. Toutefois c'est un vrai bazar entre Telegram et les mails. Et les messages automatiques concernant les heures d'ouverture sont irritants, sans oublier que les robots ne savent pas répondre à 'Quelles sont vos heures d'ouverture?'. Mais le plus grave, c'est que le montant gelé, ne devrait pas être gelé aussi longtemps ni sans toute une procédure dont Suisse base ne s'est pas embarrassé. Et ils continuent d'ignorer les messages où je leur dis. Ils gagnent du temps en me disant de répondre avec 'Escalation', et répètent qu'ils sont désolés, mais leur désolation ...on n'en est plus là. J'exige réparation et dommages

In response to their robotic and incorrect reply to my feedback, I would like to clarify that even back in April 2024, we never had the opportunity to meet and properly discuss my needs, as Kristina T. never rescheduled our appointments. Furthermore, at no point did she mention that the listed countries could not be onboarded; instead, she stated that the documents would need to be translated into English. Despite multiple attempts to request a price list and a list of permitted jurisdictions, I received no response, even after following up for several months. In fact, the vast majority of my inquiries (approximately 99%) went unanswered. In summary, if during the sales stage they fail to invest time in understanding client needs and allow the process to drag on for over six months, it raises serious concerns about how their compliance processes might be similarly delayed.
