I would like to share my personal customer experience.

I placed an order, but later due to some reasons I wanted to cancel it. Normally, on most platforms, customers get an option to cancel their order within the allowed time period. However, on your website and app, there is no option available for customers to cancel their own orders.

Placing an order is very easy, but if a customer does not want to continue with the order for any reason, they have to completely depend on customer support. In my opinion, the customer who places the order and makes the payment should also have the ability to make the final decision about cancellation.

If orders are accepted 24/7, then the customer support system should also be improved. At least there should be a proper callback system or a self-service cancellation option.

I have been trying to contact the support team for almost a week for just a simple cancellation request, but the issue is still not resolved. Even Instagram support replies after many hours or sometimes days.

My intention is not just to complain, but to highlight an area where the customer experience can be improved. I hope the company reviews this process and makes cancellation and support easier for customers.

अगर कोई इस app से साड़ी लेना चाहता है तो जरूर ले, लेकिन अपने risk पर। यह मेरा personal shopping experience है।

सबसे बड़ी समस्या customer support की है। शाम 6:30 बजे के बाद support नहीं मिलता और शनिवार को यह gap और भी बढ़ जाता है। रविवार को भी support उपलब्ध नहीं होता।

Business कभी भी चल सकता है क्योंकि customer कभी भी order कर सकता है, लेकिन जब customer को order cancel करना हो तो कोई आसान रास्ता नहीं मिलता।

पैसे आपके हैं, order आपका है और फैसला भी आपका होना चाहिए कि आपको सामान लेना है या cancel करना है। लेकिन online payment करने के बाद मुझे आसान cancellation option नहीं मिला।

बाकी e-commerce platforms पर अक्सर dispatch से पहले order cancel किया जा सकता है, लेकिन यहां customer को आसान choice नहीं मिलती।

सोचिए आपने अपनी बहन, पत्नी या माँ के लिए साड़ी खरीदी और उन्हें पसंद नहीं आई, तो order cancel करना मुश्किल हो सकता है।

हर customer को अधिकार है कि वह अपनी पसंद से कहीं से भी खरीदारी करे।

यह मेरा personal experience और feedback है।

One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a product online and made the payment in advance, but they were unable to deliver it. I followed up continuously for nearly two weeks, and every time I asked about the delivery status, I was told that they were "trying." No one seemed to take responsibility for resolving the issue.

Eventually, I was informed that my order would be canceled and the amount refunded. They then asked me to place a new order. I agreed, but when I tried to reorder the same product, the price had increased by ₹500.

I requested that they honor the original price since the cancellation was due to their inability to deliver the product, but they refused and said it was not possible.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no consideration for customer inconvenience.

Usi 3000 me muje dukan se 2 hi saree milti lakin bahut acchi hoti .mai in free ke chakkar me pad gya .maine aaisa hi. Comment waha application pr v kiya lakin Mera comment meje hi nai dikh raha to dusro ko kya dikhega .

Horrible service

Horrible service, My first order here for the ID : 6000001500003 and the amazing part was their Bailey Road Patna Hub address : Behind Gyan Ganga Book Shop, Near Ashokpuri Colony, Mouryapath, Bailey Rd, Khajpura, Patna, Bihar 800014 which is hardly 1.2km away from the Billing Address they took 1 Week of time and still no update from their end.

Pathetic Service, I am wondering what Aman Gupta-Anupam Mittal-Peyush Bansal has seen in this brand during Shark Tak India Pitching as they invested here.

Bad quality ( order no 6000001440037)

I ordered online ( order no. 6000001440037) for a Khadi cotton sari... the quality of the sari is very bad... its completely a mis synthetic sari...
Print is good and sari quality is very bad ...suggest nit to buy from Sudarhi.com

Frustrating Service

I ordered two sarees from Sudathi . As in all the online purchase cases the order is to be delivered at doorstep. But, they didn't deliver and I got 3 messages in 3 days that my order is available for self pickup from the hub. Why should I do this ?? It was not mentioned anywhere while ordering that the product will not be delivered at my address, I have to pick up from the hub. I tried calling the hub on the number provided they didn't respond for more than 10 times after that someone picked up and just told the delivery is not available you have to pick up and cut the call I tried again but my number was blocked by him. Their delivery partner is 'Delhivery'. Orders from Other E-commerce platforms having the same delivery partner is delivered to my doorstep everytime only Sudathi order is not available for me. I tried calling customer care support but there is long queue of calls there I have to wait for 20-30 minutes to talk to them. Anyhow I got to talk and they are saying that they can't do anything. 😡
Now they have marked it as Return to Origin because 'maximum attempt has reached for self collect'. What a horribly ridiculous and frustrating experience. They have destroyed my 2 days.

Poor Customer Experience and Lack of Accountability "I am disappointed with my recent experience with this brand. There is a significant lack of communication, as phone calls go unanswered and orders do not arrive on time. Additionally, the cancellation process is excessively slow, taking 10 days to process. The current terms and conditions do not seem to prioritize the customer experience. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious."

⚠️ Very Disappointed – Do NOT Buy from Sudathi Sarees ⚠️

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Sudathi Sarees (Order No: 6000001296503). 😡 I placed an order under the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer for three sarees, but only one saree was correct.

❌ The lavender saree I ordered was replaced with a completely different purple one.
❌ The peach silk woven Banarasi saree had clear print and texture defects.

This clearly shows poor quality control. 😞

I contacted customer support, and they said my complaint was raised, but I have not received any proper update or resolution. 📞📧 No proper response, no accountability.

Customers, please read this carefully before ordering. ⚠️ Based on my personal experience, I do NOT recommend buying from this website. Please be cautious before spending your money.

Don’t buy any sarees from them

Don’t buy any sarees from them. They are just fraud. No return policy. Quality is just worst. Don’t think they have seen in Shark Tank so they are good. Not at all. Don’t loose your hard earned money from these fraudsters.

Very bad experience with **@Delhivery**…

Very bad experience with **@Delhivery** and **@Sudathi** 😞

I ordered a saree from Sudathi and accidentally entered the wrong delivery address while placing the order. I corrected the address **well before dispatch**, but despite that, the shipment was marked as **"User Not Available" without even a single call or delivery attempt** from Delhivery.

After continuously following up for **3–4 days**, today I was informed that the order **cannot be delivered at all.** When I contacted the Sudathi support team, they explained that due to packing and shipping limitations, they **could not update the delivery address** and asked me to **cancel the order**, which I agreed to.

However, **even after accepting the cancellation, the refund has still not been initiated**, and there has been no clear update regarding when I will receive my money.

This has been a very frustrating experience — first the delivery issue without proper communication, and now the delay in refund processing.

Requesting **@Sudathi and @Delhivery** to please look into this issue and initiate the refund at the earliest. Customers should not have to face such inconvenience for a simple address correction and cancellation.

Hoping for a quick resolution. 🙏

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The saree I received is of very poor quality, and when I tried to request a return, I was informed that “Buy 1 Get 1” items are not eligible for return or exchange. However, this condition was never mentioned at the time of purchase.

I have spent ₹1,599 on this order, and there is no proper customer care service—no one answers the calls. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

We had purchased these sarees especially for the Karwa Chauth occasion, but they were not delivered on time, and now the quality is unsatisfactory.

Kindly arrange to collect the product and process my refund immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to share my experience publicly on LinkedIn and Instagram, along with product images and details.
