Awful customer service. Satisfaction guaranteed is incongruent with reality

We do want to clarify that our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the quality and condition of the products we sell. Our Posters & Art are long-standing, well-reviewed pieces, and there were no concerns raised regarding the product itself.
Your frustration stemmed from a shipping address issue, which we understand was disappointing. However, the order was delivered on time to the shipping address confirmed on your order confirmation. Unfortunately, the request to change the address came after the package was already out for delivery, when it could no longer be redirected.
