Really quick, knowledgeable & friendly staff - who are very open to new ideas, putting in whatever I've needed (such as beta elements of my TechStack). Really quick to respond, even over the holidays. Little bit expensive compared to the big-names, but more than worth it for having such a competent friendly service... Everyone there is enthusiasts of their work, which shines through. They're very casual to me, which is the way I like it, but most of my support tickets get done in, at most, a few hours. None of this '24 day to respond' rubbish you see elsewhere.
