I needed to find a way to get my husband into the Royal Melbourne Hospital as simply and easy as possible; I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of traffic, parking, etc.
Sublime Chauffeur were the most responsive and professional when it came to responding to my requests for quote, their pricing was most competitive and, when I made the booking, the attention to detail setting out the booking was very clear and well-written (these things are important to me with what I do). All this happened in the week of travel.
Travel day I received notification the driver was on his way, who arrived ready for us to have an expedient departure. Our driver, Anish, was beautifully mannered, helpful, courteous, and careful. The car was clean and very comfortable, the bottles of water a nice added touch. The whole experience took out all that angst of getting somewhere busy where parking can be difficult, particularly when the reason for visit was for an extensive surgery for the person you love most in the world.
I don't normally have a need for this sort of service but if I do need, for whatever reason, I know I don't need to look anywhere else, Sublime Chauffeur will be my go to.

Sublime Chauffeurs offer a great service. Very professional drivers. The driver meets you at the luggage carousel and helps with your luggage to the car. The vehicles are top notch and very clean. We have used their service for four trips now and it has been a great experience, takes the stress out of finding your Uber or a taxi and is at a comparable price!. I will most definitely be using them again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The airport transfer service with Sublime Chauffer was outstanding. They were punctual, courteous and very helpful. The driver even waited patiently when our return international flight was delayed. It was great to have a comfortable, luxurious ride waiting with a driver to help with our luggage when we arrived home.
