I just have to recommend , stylist pick shoes and boots I have bought several pair including Cheryl Cole range for myself and my daughters and everyone comments on them! I just love the way the delivery and returns are quick and efficient !!!

I really liked the personal service this company had before but now feel that they are trying too hard to compete with asos and other Internet fashion sites. I think the original idea of personalised style and rewards for shopping worked much better - attempts at the mass market have made it less appealing; service and quality of product no where near as good as before.

I liked the old system where I was a VIP. The sizing of the shoes seems odd I order size 7 some fit fine some are too big or small. I've not made many orders and have had at least 2 picking errors.
The team are great when you phone them but the refund/. Replacement process seems to take a long time having first to get to a retailer who offers the collect service, then waiting for the item to get back to stylist pick ,then waiting for them to confirm receipt and then having to contact them and tell them what the problem was and what you want to do about it. I love the collections they have to offer and I think most prices are fair.

Stylistpick presents as easily accessible website with lots of goodies to choose from. I don't like the way they suggest we fit into a personal 'style' and offer a show room based on some pretty inane questions. I've never liked anything they suggest. This is primarily be because the clothes only go up to a size 18. I am a 20! I love and my body and wish I had the opportunity to buy the latest fashions without having to be thin. I do like the bags/shoes though would really appreciate the opportunity to send products to friends as gifts. I highly recommend adding a gift note option. Takes the fun out of sending a surprise if you have to call the recipient to let them know it's on the way.

Good quality products, imaginative designs, easy shopping and fast delivery. what else could you possibly want?? Love the packaging, love the fact that you have photos of shoes that can be stuck on the storage box. I don't have any negatives so far. maybe one, very very addictive :)

I have ordered quite a few shoes and boots & bags from Stylistpick and have been very happy with my items, they arrive in lovely boxes.... .even when I had to return some boot it was so easy.... Great service, if I could say any thing it is a shame the clothes are not my style although I am a trendy 60 year old I feel the clothes are not for me, but the bags are to die for, I find it very hard not to get a bag everytime I get an email, so after I have finished this just might look on the sale page!!!! keep up the great service Stylistpick... The site is great the only thing that I would say is that not putting the photos of the shoes in the box's is a little disappointing as it helps when trying to find the ones that I want.

Bought shoes and bags from this site, always have people commenting and asking where they came from. Sale shoes are a particular bargain.

The bottoms of the heels always come off but luckily not too expensive to replace. All the shoes are good quality and look amazing. Not short on compliments on the shoes I buy from stylistpick

I joined Stylistpick when it was still a monthly subscription site and everything was £39.99. I was sent a 50% discount code for my first order, which prompted me to join, after 3 weeks there was no sign of my items so I contacted customer service who checked my order and found that it had not processed properly. They sent my boots next day delivery and gave me another 50% discount for a future purchase, which I really appreciated and it made up for the long wait for the boots I had ordered. The boots are great quality and look fab, definitely worth what I paid and more. I have since bought a pair of leather sandals and a pair of heels and both are also great quality and the packaging is brilliant - each pair comes in a shoe box with a polaroid to stick on the front/top so you know whats in it, and a big shopping bag to carry them in. The Collect+ service for returns is also fantastic! I loved the site when it specialised solely in shoes and bags as it felt like an exclusive and luxury site with great quality products, but now they are branching into other product lines and are obviously trying to compete with other online shopping sites. In my opinion it was a more exclusive shopping experience and felt like they had specialist product knowledge when they only sold shoes and bags.

Deliveries have always been speedy and arrive in packaging that makes you think it's your birthday! I had a problem with a return going missing, the customer service was excellent and my refund after proof of loss from the delivery company was instant.

[ + ] The site has some great pieces at reasonable prices. The pictures and descriptions are dead clear. Ordering, delivery and returns are all easy peasy.
[ - ] Way too much packaging. Customer service very slow and inefficient compared to asos, U.O. etc.

Stylist pick, has always delievered on time if not earlier. It really is amazing and i have found so many amazing shoes and handbags that i wouldnt of been able to find anywhere else. The quality of each item is faultless, the packaging is beautiful. I have and continue to recommend this shop to all my friends, its amazing value for money, and the style quiz showroom has actually showed me things that i wouldnt normally think about buying. It has an entire range of things, and i always find that if i need a present for someone, that stylist pick is the first place i go

I love stylist pick! it's perfectly tailored to you & your style. The site is brilliant & the shipping isn't bad either. I would full reccomend this site to any women with a love of pretty shoes and great accessories.

Just try them.....you won't regret it one bit....just wished my bags lasted longer but my shoes....spot on!

If you want something different and quirky try stylistpic. The service is brilliant, very friendly staff and the items I have purchased have always been really nice and I always get comments about where they are from.

I love the bags , shoes and accessories!

I love stylistpick! They provide excellent service, quality products and are extremely reliable! I was unsure when I first signed up, but I'm so glad I did! You don't have to buy anything every month, but when you do you know it will arrive in good time, be exactly what you want for a decent price and amazing quality. I haven't had any faults is any of my orders and they are so original you don't have to worry about seeing someone else with the same design.

I would definitely recommend this online store for products that you want, as well as fabulous gifts!
